Have had these clubs a little over 1 month now and I can really tell the difference in the feel over previous clubs. Very easy to swing. Great distance, maybe 3-5 yards longer than the Slingshots I previously owned. Shaping shots is not an issue, they can be worked either way. These tend to fly pretty high, but there is some modest trajectory control. Had these fitted 1/2" long and 2 degrees upright with Dynamic Gold Super Light shafts. This is definate a top notch product with a good combination of workability and forgiveness. Can definately tell by feel when the ball gets close to the toe, but not a lot of distance penalty.
Customer Service Customized spec clubs in about 1 week. Very Good turn around. Similar Products Used: Taylor made Rac LT, RAC OS, Nike Slingshot |

Im 15 years old and i just broke my 8 iron diawa and my dad bought me these clubs and i dropped 3 strokes because theyre longer and more forgiving. The feel is awesome and something to look forward to as you stand over the ball. Customer Service Great Similar Products Used: cleveland cg2 harder to hit and less forgiving. More for a scratch golfer. |

These are the best irons I ever played. My previous set of CG-4's were stolen at the airport. I tried other game improvement clubs & was torn between mizuno mx-900, ping g-5, & these. After trying them all, I came back to the CG-4's. They're like an old pair of shoes. I do a nice easy swing & the ball goes up & straight. With the softer metal, I don't feel any jarring, hitting the ball. Other clubs seemed heavier & I had to work harder. Especially with graphite, they're priced favorably compared to either ping or mizuno. Great clubs for mid-high handicappers--I don't want to shape the shot, I want a forgiving club that gets the ball up in the air. Customer Service The service has been from my local driving range/pro shop, which has been great. The custom fitting helped, since I'm tall & the Cleveland Van did them while I waited at a local demo day. Similar Products Used: I played Adams Idea before, which is a nice starter set, also with perimeter weighting. |

great set of irons. mis-hits still soar. nice soft feel. had taylormade racs, but the offset was too much (although the racs had a more butter feel). try these out and compare them with the mizuno mx-23s. these two types of irons are probably the best in the market right now (and trust me, i've tried them all). These irons are amazing. I switched from my beginner irons straight to the cg4's cause i got a good deal. I preffered them over the new pings, rac os, and the x-18s. That cmm material makes the impact feel a lot more soft. They look awesome too. Customer Service I bought them used and i still got a one-year warranty from cleveland. I didnt have any problems yet so i dont no how they back it up. |

Cleveland CG4 Irons
I just bought a set of these Cleveland GC4 irons. For the past 5 years, I was playing the Ping i3 Blades, decided it was time for a change. I have the GC4 in SW-4 iron, no problem getting them built to my specs by Cleveland and shipped to my house. These clubs are 5-10 yards longer than the i3's, are deadly accurate and upon command can be launched very high, the ball flight can be shaped in both directions, the natural tendancy is a gentle draw. Feel is very solid with little or no vibration felt. The longer irons, 4-7 jump off the face. The offet is graduated through the set. Confidence is felt lining these iron up to the target. Just set up and fire. I have heard that Cleveland is famous for their irons. I must concur, "Cleveland knows irons". Play well!! |

I've been looking to upgrade my beginner set to a set that I can grow into as I get better. I'd tried a variety of clubs and eventually settled on the Clevelands. The feel I get from the clubs are excellent. I hit a number of the other clubs just as straight and a few further but I'm going with these as they give me the best feel. Club feedback was the number one factor in my irons search. For the money I paid (year end sale), they're good value for money. As I've mentioned, there are clubs that go further but they don't feel this good to hit. Recommended! Similar Products Used: Callaway X-12 Wilson Di5 Wilson Pi5 Daiwa High Launch |

Cleveland CG4's
I've played Cleveland irons for over ten years starting with the TA5's and loved them.Next I bought TA7's with 5.5 Rifle shafts and have been playing these clubs for the last four years.Recently I've noticed my distance has dropped off abit and decided to try the CG4's.I use CG10 wedges and really like the feel and feedback that their "Carbon Metal Matrix"alloy gives a player.I went to a pro shop to try the CG4's and the first ball I hit felt great.I bought CG4's with the ActionLite shaft w/stiff flex.I wanted a higher trajectory and this shaft has a low kick point that gives a player a high trajectory.I'm hitting these clubs about eight to ten yards farther than my TA7's and they just feel better. If a person is in the market for a new set of irons, put these on your list to try. Customer Service Have needed it- Similar Products Used: TA5's,TA7's,TM RAC OS's(for about two months) |

I have played Hogan Edges for almost 10 years, after purchasing the Cleveland CG4's in late september my handicapp has dropped two strokes to an 8. They are awesome!! If you are in the market for some new Irons you owe it to yourself to check these out Customer Service I was told after being custom fitted, (an inch longer than standard stiff shafts, midsize grips, 2 degrees upright) that these Irons would take 30 days to arrive, 10 days later I played with them in a scramble. |
