Wow If you have any trouble with your long irons like me.The iwood 3&4 Irons are a godsend now those 215-225 yd shots you have been missing or over driving with your fairway woods are obtainable. The mid and short irons are very sound and straight, good job Adams I hope The redline driver that i just won is as good as the irons.

Not at all pleased with these clubs, was expecting to save strokes but it didn't happen, clubs are 10 yards shorter then my 96 B/Berthas. Maybe my wife will like them as they are going to be her new Christmas present.

First let me say that I shoot in the 80s on good days and in the 90s on bad so I guess I am trying to concentrate more on the good days. I have never felt compelled to write a review on anything until I recently purchchased a set of the Adams Idea irons. I also bought the 5 iron in the Idea I-wood design. I guess you could some up my experience in one word "BRAVO" to the design folks at Adams. This whole set is incredibly easy to hit and really long. I had my best results after I slowed my swing down this produced longer and straighter shots. The I-woods are very very easy to hit. I used the 5 I-wood first on a 187 yard par three and on my first swing I was six feet from the cup (I missed the put) The irons have great feel and are well balanced. If you are in the market for new clubs your search should stop here. These clubs are simply put the best irons I have every hit. Also, I have purchased several Adams products for Chris @ clubwarehouse.com he is very friendly and gives great service.

I bought these clubs after my wife got a set and raved about them. The i-woods are fantastic. I gave always had trouble hitting long irons but I can hit the 3 and 4 i-woods a ton with a high trajectory and great carry. Strangely, I am having some early trouble with the mid-irons which are usually the easiest to hit.

Customer Service

Adams was terrific. I needed the length and lie adjusted and they referred me to a local store where they were done free.

Hi im only 14 years old i have just started golf recently, i have got a very slow swing speed that doestn allow me to hit balls far at all. Before these clubs i constantly saw myself using very hard to hit fairway woods i should constantly be hitty them fat and topping them. Since i have gotten these clubs i have taken abnout 10 stokes off my score!

The Idea Irons are in fact a good idea. Why, you ask? Because they work. I am a fifty year old golfer who has only played the game for three years, though I briefly and unsuccessfully experimented with golf during my junior year of high school. I have broken one hundred once. I normally hit from 115 to 120 keeping a strict no mulligan score. My first two rounds with the irons produce scores of 108 and 107. This is a dramatic improvement for me both in score and my satisfaction playing the game. The two iron woods are incredibly easy to hit. I still miss hit the ball. Nothing will prevent this except a reliable, repeatable swing. I am not there yet. These clubs however provided me with a substantial feeling of self improvement and confidence in my game. At the price I paid how could I complain? I was playing the dull feeling thoufg very forgiving Calloway Hawkeye irons. The iron would work better than the Taylor Made Resue clubs which I also own. I have removed my Ping TISI five wood from my bag. I hit the Idea three iron hybrid at least as far but with much more accuracy. The Idea four iron hybrid is even easier to hi. The five iron is easier to hit and more accurate for me than the corresponding Hawkeye iron. The clubs should shake of golf for higher those with higher handycaps. Buy these irons. Yhey will bring you great joy.

Customer Service

I have, as of yet, no need for Adams customer service.

I have owned and used Calloway Hawkeye irons which were to dull. I started playing golf with the Ping ISI Be Cu irons. The Ping irons were too heavy for me and their steel shafts allowed to mush vibra

Where have these clubs been?? couldn't believe the difference..Had been playing Cleveland TA-5's...these irons are at least a club longer and I can drop the ball on the pin like I am playing darts...You have to demo these to appreciate them...I can even hit the 3 and 4 irons (hybrid irons)...Adams has a winner with these clubs....Keep up the good work.....and thanks................Paul

Quick stats: I was shooting in the 90's before these clubs. I have been playng for about a year (intensely). 1st round with the Adams: 86, 2nd 84, 3rd 81, 4th 83... get the picture? Now the juice: The weighting on these clubs is perfect. It allows a well balanced swing, with no resistence to swing angle changes. The 3 & 4 Iron/woods combos are so easy to hit it should be illegal. I get better control and about 5-8% more distance. The higher irons are like a forged and cavity back combo design. Very forgiving. Hitting the ball with these feels very solid. The accuracy (what I lacked in my old clubs)is dead on. The only thing lacking in my game is judging distance. I seem to be off 10-15 yds on some shots. I blame my old clubs (really). These Adams clubs have put a significant amount of confidfence in my game. I know thats 90% of playing, but the equipment you buy does make a difference. I wish I had bought these 2 months ago. Get to the store, demo these clubs. You will not be dissapointed.

I usually hit more shots than I can remember. Now I am seeing more pars and birdies. These irons are effortless to hit. They are about one club longer than the MX-20 for me and I no longer have to aim way left to compensate. At this price, they are unbeatable.
