Titleist 904F 13deg
I recently purchased the new Titleist 904F 13degree fairway wood with a Graphite Design YS-6 stiff shaft. I have liked the look of Titleist fairway woods for a long time but they just didn't feel solid... even when struck dead center. The new 904F couldn't be more different! The ballflight is strong but not too low, flattening out after about 90-100 yards. The new slightly deeper face makes this club a very viable option off the tee as well. When teed up you get the same strong flight. The feel is solid and YS-6 shaft provides excellent feedback. The sound is also very crisp and solid. I would highly recommend this club to anyone no matter what your skill level. It is far easier to hit than previous models and very forgiving on off center hits. If you haven't tried it... go hit it! Customer Service Received club within 5 days of ordering. Titleist service great as always. Similar Products Used: Mizuno T-Zoid Forged Stainless 13deg Taylormade V-Steel 13 & 15deg |

904 Fairway (15* Three Wood)
This has got to be the best three wood on the market. Before I settled on the Titleist, I tried the Mizuno, Ben Hogan, and Burrows Golf three woods as well. All four were excellent clubs. The Titleist is very easy to hit and has the greatest feel and sound of any club out there. Distance is great too, Ive got about a 120 MPH swing speed and usually hit a driver around and over 300 (Pretty good for 16 and only playing for 2 summers huh?)and I can hit this about 270 - 280 on average shots. The feel is buttery and along with the sound its incredible. Titleist has long been considered more for better players but these new woods are incredibly easy to hit. The worst Ive done so far is a slight draw that works well most of the time. Anyway the price is great too I got it for $100 at Golf Discount after trading in my Cleveland Launcher (Crap). That means that these woods are only $160 new and worth every cent. Similar Products Used: Cleveland Launcher, Callaway Steelhead 3 |
