It is hands down the easiest fairway wood to hit on the market. It has a wonderful feel to it, remarkable distance (I hit it as far in the fairway as I do my driver off the tee) and recorrects slices well. It is a wonderful product for the price and should help a high handicapers game greatly. Havent met anyone who didnt like it after seriously trying it. And lastly no need to even tee it up on the tee box cause you will hit it as hit as your 5 iron without even teeing it up.

Easy to swing, easy to hit. Ball just takes off! I don't carry my long irons anymore, and even my 4 iron is used only for getting out of low-treelined areas. You don't have to do much with this club. Just lift it and drop it. Despite all the stories about it, I never had the club submarine below the ball yet.
As far as the "feel" of the impact, it isn't very forgiving. Off-center hits feel harsh. But results (ball trajectory) are very forgiving. Even mis-hits tend to go straight, simply losing about 20 yards in distance.
I'm not sure if I would have paid for this club when it cost over $250, nor would I pay $270 for the Plus model now.
But for around $100 or less that its available now in ebay all the time, I think its one of the greatest values in fairway club out there today!

I love this club. I hit it longer off the tee than my Cleveland titanium driver. The ball explodes of the face. Great low, straight tragectory. Solid feel. If you have no trouble hitting the ball off the carpet, this is the club for you!

I am extremely happy with my Orlimar trimetal 18 degree with a true temper regular flex shaft. This is my bread and butter club and i am very consistant with it. It takes of like a rocket about 230 and i love it.

I can not understand where the bad reviews are coming from on these clubs. These are the most solid fairway woods I have ever had in my hands. The 17 degree is fabulous. Straight and around 240 yards every swing. The 21 degree is just as nice. If you have trouble hitting long irons look no further. These are 10 times better than the Adams tightlies. Can buy very reasonable on E-Bay.

Good distance when hit pure. Long graphite shaft with small head is not the best combo for me. My preference is still steel shafted. Not crazy about the sound at impact. Price is reasonable however if you get a used one.

This club is great. Very accurate, streamlined shape and lots of spin. The ballflight lets your ball stop on the green within a few feet, all in a 230 yard shot!!! Be careful about the shallow face- sometimes you get under the ball in rough.

No club I tried will straighten your hook or slice. When I do get a hold of one in a good swing, it it sure to sail far. Use it off the tee. Have firm shaft but strong shaft is less wippy.

Shoot in the 90s

I shoot in the low 90's to high 80's. I've always had "crappy" woods, just ones that came with my first set of clubs. I found the trimetals discounted at 80$ a piece, so I had to bite. THESE CLUBS KICK ASS!!!! The first time I picked up the 17 degree five wood I landed the green from 225 out. Thats all I needed to see. I think I'm in love. I like the impact off of the ball ten times more than Adams Tight lies. I have a Callaway driver so I don't have any problems on the tee, but I did tee up the 5 wood orlimar once on a long par three and definitely liked the result. I prefer the shallow face of this club on the fairway, and in the rough I have another club I use if it is really deep, but if you know how to finesse your swing if you have to in the rough, you shouldn't have a problem. Definitely recommended.

Great distance(+25 yards), accurate and
cheap!!! I would say that the 13 deg wood is only for good players like me. If you shoot in the 90s, get at least a 15 deg wood.
