This club is absolutely terrible because it is impossible to get the ball in the air and has no feel. The club face is too hard and it is easy to duck hook this club. I would much rather stick to my other Callaway Warbird.

Guess I am the only soul in this land who doesn't think Orlimar is the best thing since white bread. When I hit it, it is sweet, but too inconsistent. Perhaps the +'s deeper face would help, but I have gone back to a Taylor Made 15* Tour Burner Plus (old model) - not quite as long, but very consistent, and only $35 in the used bin. But I admit it may be a product of handicap, as my buddy, who plays to a 7, hammers the 15* very consistently.

For a good golfer this club is very average. For every one in the rough that I hit clean, I slid under 2. That is not a good percentage. Distance wise it is excellent but it needs too much vertical precision to get that distance. The Callaway Steelhead is a better choice.

I have had the three clubs in my bag since they came out. I lost five strokes off my handicap in the first three months. At times when I am playing poorly the clubs follow suit. When I am firing they are brilliant. I don't use a long iron now. Keep a little weight on the back foot and reach for the sky on the follow through. Nothing compares.

I AM A VERY HARD SWINGER AND DID HIT THIS CLUB A LONG WAY, HOWEVER I COULD NEVER GAIN ANY CONSISTANCY. MY ORIGINAL #3 WAR BIRD IS MUCH EASIER TO HIT AND I CAN GET AWAY WITH MUSCLE SHOTS.

I had to return this club. Could not keep it in the fairway and just did not "feel" right to me. Probably a very good club, maybe my swing is faulty. I hit Callaway Steelhead woods very well, and BBB driver.
