3 and 5 woods
These fairway woods are superior. In my opinion they are the best clubs off low cut grass. In the rough is a slighlty differnet story, however they still dominant. They were a little pricey, but they are some of the nicest feeling and looking clubs on the market. Similar Products Used: None |

Orlimar Tri-Metal Plus
Used to hit the original Orlimars & improved my game to a 16 handicap. Believe in new teck.,so moved to the new "plus" series. At first, went thru hell (handicap down to 23) . The totally different feel & swing-weight threw me for a loop but I stayed the course, thripled my time at the driving range and now everything is much more solid. Handicap is back to 17 & still on the way down. Gained more yards on the shots as well as accuracy. Chose EI70+ Tour-S shafts & am a happy camper. Customer Service Best news here is -- never needed any. Similar Products Used: Original Orlimars, Taylor-Made Titaniums |

Orlimar 9.5 Plus driver
Purchased Orlimar 9.5 plus driver with EI-70 Tour Stiff shaft. What a joke ! The Orlimar is a fantastic club , but the EI-70 shaft went all whippy on me .. was a Regular by the end of it (3 months later). So , I installed a ProForce 65-stiff shaft/low torque with tiff tip ---WOW !! This combination sizzles. I also had the Orlimar 14 & 18 degree woods , but traded them for Ping-I3's ; afraid of the EI-70 shafts on the Orlimars. DO NOT BUY ORLIMAR's with EI-70 shafts !! Customer Service None , but in hindsight , should have sent the IE-70 back to them for 'last rights'. Similar Products Used: Taylor's , Calloway's |

Trimetal + 16 and 22 deg, regular steel
These are both excellent woods. For me, I seem to swing them easily and they advance my ball a useful distance up the fairway. The 22 deg replaces my 3 iron and 4 iron for the time being - I have to be realistic and accept I ain't going to flush these clubs 200yds into a pin BUT I do have a chance of hitting the 22deg that kind of distance. The 16 deg is very useful for cutting Par 5s down to size. All in all they look great, are easy to hit from all lies, have a solid feel, go straight and far. Is there anything else any one could ask for in a fairway wood? Simply stunning... Similar Products Used: Adams TL original 13 deg (crappy), Hippo escape series 21deg (very good value) |

10.5 driver
Saw this on sale at the local driving range, tryed it out and was hooked. Amazed how solid the whole thing felt through impact. Didn't like the sound much but love the way the ball comes off the face, very powerfully and quite high. Lovely. Similar Products Used: None |

Strong 3 wood
Have gotten under the ball a few times but overall pretty pleased. Low loft is helpful in reaching par 5s but still easy to hit. Set up is pleasing to the eye, nice and square to target line. Similar Products Used: None |

Orlimar TM Plus Fairway Woods
These are great fariway woods! Orlimar was genius for putting the awesome EI-70 shaft on these clubs. It makes a huge difference in performance. The Plus models, with a slightly deeper face, give more confidence off the tee. Shots off the hardpan scream. Distance and accuracy is better than the Bertha's I used to use. Probably not for beginners, tho. The shaft is a little stiffer than normal. Very happy with these. Similar Products Used: Bertha Steelheads, Adams Tight Lies |

18+ Reg flex
Before I bought this club I tested the Steelhead+ and Tight Lies 2 on a simulator. The Orlimar is just better compared to the other 2. I'm not sure if it was the shaft or what but that's what I based my purchase on. The first time I took it out which happened to have been in Feb. I hit one 215 yards right where I was aiming, beautiful. Feb. in Chicago is not exactly golfing weather and after a 3 month layoff not exactly what I was expecting. It has gotten only better as the weather has warmed up, when you hit it just right 240 with just a little draw. I would recommend this club to everyone. Similar Products Used: Callaway Steelhead 4+ |

Orlimar Tri-Metal Plus
I bought a 7.5 degree Tri-Metal Plus with a stiff UST 47 gram graphite shaft and hit the longest drive of my life at 50 years old. I also launched a few to the right when I couldn't get the ball to turn over. Ball impact feels great and is mostly forgiving for off-center hits. The special shaft should be used only by long ball hitters. Similar Products Used: None |
