This club is easy to hit. I agree with others (and may do so at a later date), that the non-oem shaft (as purchased) is a bit too loose, but for me that means a slower swing (let the club do the work). Before this club, I was shooting routinely 98's now 89's and lower, this and a new putter (Anser 2F) did the trick. I hit places on my courses that I have NEVER EVER been to in one. That means more short irons, for me I'd say that I am now 15 to 20 yards longer. My old club?, an original Goldwin XL, 8* with strong graphite shaft. I guess it's possible that the old XL was too firm? I am now ready to sell that old, but very trusty club, any takers? Avdp XXL 9 degree
Posted an earlier review of An Avdp xl driver, traded for this driver. Big head, good feel and very good looking. Distance is slighly above average with stock shaft but control suffers due to brutal high torque and overall whippiness. Changed shaft to a UST Proforce 65 shaft. Huge improvement, club is now much straighter and fades are now even a possibility. A great club when paired with a quality shaft. Too bad this company went out of business, because this is as good a driver as anything on the market. # stars for the stock driver, 5 stars if a quality shaft is installed. Very solid club. Great feel with the high swingweight. As forgiving and long as any club I have ever hit. How a company can go bankrupt with a product like this I will never understand. Similar Products Used: TM 300, Ti Bubble 2, 975D |

I'm only 5'7", 155 lbs. and always in search for some extra length off the tee, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING compares to this driver. Which makes me wonder why the company went under, I've been averaging 265-275 yds. and this thing has some serious roll. That's also the reason why I'm looking for another 2 because for the simple fact that at the sky rocketing prices of brand name drivers these days there's no reason to spend the extra money. What you save can be better spent on lessons. Don't even get me started on the way it looks. Customer Service The company's long gone but I've read that a company called Quality Golf in Fountain Valley, CA. specializes in these drivers. I baught this on E-Bay for $85 and it is the best by ever. I had a EI-70 Tour x shaft put in. Although it is a 9* tha shaft brings down the trajectory. My first round out with it I drove 2 par 4's, 354yrd and 337yrds. This driver is awsome. The aluminim metal gives it a much better feel than any Ti driver I've hit. Get one and you won't be sorry!!! This product lives up to the billing in previous reviews. Only the Ping TiSi is a better club. I can hit my TM Ti2 Forged Club just as long but it is not nearly as forgiving. The light head and shaft combination help tell you where the club head is throughout the swing. I carried a 240 lake on a par 5 and got enough role to have a 3 iron to the green. Not bad for such a cheap club. Customer Service Out of business Similar Products Used: Orlimar, TM-Ti 1&2, Callaway BB, Cleveland VAS Ti & QuadPro |

If you can find one, BUY I am 53,5'2",180#, I hit this hammer on average of 265yds. with frequency, 290-300yds. and it hits straight, very forgiving.. Have this club re-shafted to an x-lite stiff, my swing speed is 95-96 and I know some with over 100mph swings, do Not use a wimpy shaft and you will do as we do with this club. Watch ebay and maybe you will find one. Good Hunting. Ping Tisi is not as long or straight. Customer Service out of business, but local shops can do all you will need Similar Products Used: 975d,big bertha, king cobra |
