Callaway 3W HOT
I recently purchased the Callaway X Hot 3W with a Adila VS Proto shaft. This club is very long on a well struck ball. Also, it's very long off the tee. To give you an example of this club's benefits, I mis-hit a 230 yard drive on a 502 yard par 5 that I have never reached in 2. Instead of laying up I chose to use my 3w and see I close I could get the ball. With a nice easy swing I left the ball 10 yards short of the green. Imagine if I hit my normal 250 - 260 yard drive? I probably would flew the green by 30+ yards!!! That is something I've never done.

This is one of the best clubs I've ever used. I carried a cheap, off-brand 3 wood and 5 wood for years, and I could hit them well off the tee, but I never had much success hitting them off the grass.
Customer Service Callaway Pre-Owned Customer Service is always very helpful. Club was well protected and shipping was very fast. |

Callaway X 3W (2006)
This is an excellent product offering, but it's not for everyone. If you are looking for a high ball flight with lots of spin to increase distance do not buy this product. This is a mid launch club with a pentrating flight and loads of distance. Great from turf or tee. Ball does not balloon even straight into the wind. Good price. Great club. X-Hot is good to, but not as versatile from fairway. Customer Service Excellent by call center, or contact by email. Similar Products Used: TM200, TM Burner, Callaway X Hot |

X 2008 3 Wood
By far the best club out there! All I can say is amazing, easy to hit off the deck and even better off the tee. I started golf a little over 4 months ago, so I never really thought about getting a fairway wood yet. Then once I started seeing that as I got better, I really needed a consistant club for 250+ or a good straight club for the short par 4's, I went to pick up a club. This hits better than the Burner, F and Pro Cobras, and even the FT. The furthest club I hit was the FT but I was popping it so I thought I would go to the club I was hitting the most consistant 240-250 yards. Then I bombed this one 260 just like with the FT, albeit straight instead of a fade/slice. The stock shaft is nice too and with the combo, I'm able to swing 110mph from 106 with the others. It sets up nice, had a nice square face, and for me, it has a more fluid swing. Oh and mis hits are still really great too! They still go around 200-210 and pretty straight. All I can say is thanks Callaway! And I'm a Taylormade fanatic. 16 year olds tend to be a little stupid.

I was lucky enough to run into a nearly new 13deg Tour model with the Fuji Fit-On 360 in regular flex for just $79. The first time I hit it was long, straight, and perfect trajectory. It's only about 10 yards short of my driver. This will be the club I go to on windy days as well as must stay in the fairway days and the usual. Don't be afraid of the Tour model, it's still easier to hit than Titleist or my old Orlimar TriMetals. Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Titleist 906F2, 980F, Orlimar TriMetal |

I have never been able to hit a fairway wood off the deck. I never felt comfortable because I always shanked it pretty much no matter what.

Callaway X 4H/24deg.
It is still early in the season but I just started playing last year so I upgraded my whole bag, one club being the Callaway X 4H. I have only used it on the range as I try to get some swings in before spring. So far though, the club has not let me down. I am hitting it about 190-200 yards and I do not have a strong swing at this point in my game. It is very easy to control and I have not hit a better club as far as hybrids. I recommend this club for anyone looking to take up the game seriously. |

Bought this club off ebay for a song. Nobody wanted it with the Prolite shaft I guess. I had demo'ed the X Hot and loved it. I found out the X was better hitting off the deck. After my second session at the range with this club I have just one thing to say. Go get your own X because to get mine you'll have to pry it off my dead cold hands. Customer Service Not needed.
