This is a great club, I can smash it off the tee, it's also about as big as my driver. That is why it isn't very good out of the fairway, for that i reccomend the 5 wood which is excellent also. Solid feel almost like titanium, for the price these clubs are selling for all over the net, it is well worth your spare money. I highly reccomend these warbirds for any golfer. Bought a used 10 degree driver with a firm RCH 96 graphite shaft. Thought the $100.00 asking price was very fair. Took it to the range and couldn't hit it worth a ****. Took it home and changed it to a C9 swingweight along with mid-size WINN Grips. Consistently hit it 200 yds. into a 25 mph headwind. (I hit it that far with my 855 Silver Scotts without the wind)Wonder how it'll be on a calm Day? Similar Products Used: 855 Tommy Gun, Taylor Made |

Great set of woods. I have the driver, 3 wood, and the divine 9. The 3 wood gets me great distance and accuracy off the tee, and the divine 9 is perfect in the fairway. I love these woods! Similar Products Used: None |

I thought the club hit the ball nicely. The trajectory was nice and the ability to draw the ball is very easy. I also like the sound the ball makes, but feel wasn't what I liked it to be. Breakage is a problem, though. The shaft is weak at the place where the hosel would be if Callaway had decided to put one there. Similar Products Used: None |

War Bird 11* Driver
What a club! I just bought the original Callaway War Bird and I was amazed at how much difference a club can make. I have had a serious slicing problem in the past, playing a fairly inexpensive driver. In my first round of 18 with the War Bird, I only had three sliced drives, and they were more pushes than slices. Before, I sliced nearly every drive to some degree. A good club can really make a difference, especially for high handicappers like myself. Similar Products Used: Taylor Made |

This club is pretty short, but very straight. If you are a pretty good golfer, then you might like it. However, there are certainly better drivers out there. I recommend the warbird 3-wood. |

In the last month I have discovered that the original Callaway is the best. Either off the tee or a fairway this club feels good when hit off the middle. You can't go wrong with the warbird.I advise this club for someone who doesn't necessarily require huge distance but prefers to see the ball in the centre of the fairway. Compared to the other drivers I have used this is by far the best. Ideal loft for me is 10 degrees and I find with the warbird this produces a penetrating ball flight and an average distance of 200-220. yards. these clubs are very reliable and consistent - if you put a bad swing on them you will be punished but in general are reaonably forgiving Customer Service Excellent - Callaway replaced a club when I inadvertently broke the shaft and also sent a free headcover when I lost that too Similar Products Used: 9* GBB reg graphite shaft (not pleased) |
