As a 90's player, I am for sure not a low handicap. That's why it took me 3 years to try a 975J. I hit the J better than any of the nonplayer's clubs - and have now traded for the 983. I am about 5 yards longer than with the J but much more consistant. Customer Service None required Similar Products Used: Cleveland, Adams, Taylor Made, etc. |

Comparing this driver to my Titleist 975 JVS, save your money. Not any longer (250-260 yards for me). The larger head is unwieldy. About once every ten shots, the ball comes off the face super hot and I end up with a 290 yard drive. Can't do that consistently which is the reason I am giving this driver a less than perfect score. I would recommend the JVS over this driver. I would like to trade for a 983 E? Spend your money on lessons!!! Customer Service Titleist has very good customer service. Responsive. Got lucky and won this in a drawing at a demo day. The ball comes off the tee like it was shot out of a cannon. I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs and I'm hitting 275 - 280 yd drives right down the middle of the fairway. I like this driver. |

This may be one of the best feeling drivers on the market. It is very easy to hit and is as long as my Launcher 400. I am extremely pleased with it....now I see why so many tour players have it in their bag. Similar Products Used: Launcher 400, Taylor Made 580 |
