TaylorMade Supersteel Drivers

TaylorMade Supersteel Drivers

DESCRIPTION

SuperSteel is stronger than the steel traditionally used in metalwoods, enabling both the club head and sweetspot to be larger. this allows for thinner face walls that transfer more power to the ball. The result is increased velocity and a more explosive hitting area for more distance.

Nice feel. More control and for a lot less money then the Titelist I got a deal. Money is not everything in golf but when you save $200 that Country Club membership dues are a little easier to swallow.

I recently purchased this new driver, when i was hitting it on the range, i noticed a huge difference in acuracy, feel and distance. I already own a Supersteel 3-wood, and I am looking foreward to starting the 2001 season with my new Taylor Made

This is the best driver i have ever hit with the newer head on it which is 10cc bigger it gives you an extra 10 yards plus the extra 30 yards i was already hitting. This driver made my scores go down a lot. I would suggest it to anyone at any level

The accuracy and distance is amazing. A great sounding club. Hitting 250+ yd drives come easy with this club. Much cheaper than some of the other high priced clubs on the market.

WOW! Looks great, sounds great, hits it straight and long. The size is perfect, not too big and not too small (at least that's what I tell my wife :-)Make sure you try our a variety of loft/shaft combinations because it makes a huge difference with this club.

I tend to have a fast swing, so I purchased the steel shafted version of this club. I noticed a difference in my game right away. It's a very easy club to hit, and the distance is great! This is a club that you never have to swing hard with, nice and easy flies it way out there!!

An ok driver. Like the feel, but the distance really doesn't help. I've hit friends titalist 975 and i can hit it more consistant and furthure, an ok club with ok performance, basically its good for the money but you can do better with another club.

Noticed my trajectory on the Original BB (9.5 with S90 shaft) was too high, catching wind and limiting roll. Bought this new driver (7.0 with T100 shaft) to try for lower ball flight. Obviously, I'm not consistent, but when I do get ahold of one, i hit it not just further than I've ever hit it, but further than anyone I've ever seen hit it. Ball flight is just what I wanted, not too high and rolls significantly. My game has changed, second shots are more important now.
I liked the club so much, I recently bought the 3 wood, with the T100 shaft, also.

Great driver. Love the look and swing weight. Great allignment help with the markings. Solid distance with forgiving misses. Better than the Callaway Steelhead Plus. Not as good as the new Adams ST.

Initially I found this club difficult to execute, but then one day it REALLY started working for me. Nice low tragectory that allows the ball to get plenty of roll in the fairway. Two of other golf partners have also purchased the same club and are just as impressed with the distance.
