I've played golf for almost 20 years and could never hit a driver - I always used a 2 iron. Then came this club. Well, all I can say is I can hit the crap out of the ball with this thing, and I've tried everything from Callaway to you name it. I can hit this club. And for fairway woods? I've not hit a good one - ever - until I got the Taylor Made Bubble 5 - wood. Now it's my favorite club. (Saving up for bubble burner irons now...gotta convince the wife first).

I have had this club for a few years now and have not found anything with the same consistency. It is definItely not the longest club but it gives you the confidence to hit it straight every time. Until I find a comparable club I will stick with it.

I think this is a great driver! I don't particurally like the bubble shaft so I put a Graffaloy SO-Lite on it and it made a big difference. I had a little problem when I first got it because I was pushing it to the left. I put the Graffaloy in it and and I can't hit the ball bad even if I tried. I have the 9.5 degree and its perfect. I'm only 15 years old and my golf pro told me to try this and he was right to tell me I should try it. If you want to know how good it is then I will tell you a little story. I had a tournament at PGA National and I had just picked it up at Golden Bear and I took it to get re-shafted and then went to the tournament. When I got there I practiced putting and chipping and then went to the range. I got warmed up and then pulled it out and hit it so good and so far I couldn't believe it and was first try. Then I let my friend hit it and he hit it better than usual too. He picked up one the next day and I didn't miss one fairway that whole day. I ended up shooting 70, 71, and 69 for three rounds to win the tournament with my 3rd win.

I got this club and was first sold on how beautiful it looks, the copper color looks very classy. It has an amazing compact feel and flies farther than any other driver I have hit. The best part was the price of $140 at Golf USA.

I like the 90-s bubble shaft. The shaft gives the club a good consistent stabile feel. It's an easy club to hit off the tee or fairway.

I have a burner with a tour stiff steel shaft. The clubhead performs very well and I hit it very straight no matter how poor a swing I make (almost). That's also due to the stiff steel shaft. I recommend saving money and going with steel for younger players. I bought my driver for $100 at a golf show 2 years ago.
