SMT 455 Deep Bore
I got tired of catching too much flack from playing partners about the illegal ERC driver. So after looking & reading about quite a few drivers I settled on the 455. I had this one built with the AJ Tech 60 Shaft, ten drgrees of loft, 46 inch shaft, finished with a Winn grip. Very, Very nice looking combo. I am constantly recieving compliments on the clubs asthetics, as well as compliments on my drives. I have easily driven past all my furthest drive points on my favorite courses. It was well worth the price. Knowing what the club is capable of I would have paid triple the price. I feel I have a real secret weapon in the bag since almost nobody has heard of SMT, I have run into a couple of golfers who do hit the product and are very pleased with it. As far as the numbers go, I am regularly poking the ball 300+ from the tee box, a real wow factor to my game. A+ Customer Service Just a shout out to the builder I found on eBay Stores: Extreme Golf Specialists. Thanks! Similar Products Used: Callaway ERC II, Taylor Made burner, MacGregor |

SMT DEEP BORE 455 10 DEGREE
I put an accuflex assassin II S flex in this head. Full club length 47 inches. I bought this head and shaft to use in scramble type events as a long drive weapon. It is indeed that. I was surprised how consistant I hit it even at the 47 inch length. I put a smooth swing on the ball and hit 12 of 14 fws. This club is big time long with a straight to slight draw. It has the biggest wow factor on the market and you cant beat the price. |

455 Deep Bore
Mine is 9 degree with Accuflex Assassin II W.C. stiff, 46" fully inserted ( almost 3" bore depth ). It´s the "new" model...satin face, not "polished mirror" face...Extremely easy to handle even with longer shafts, accuracy is good mostly bacause of large sweet spot, appearance is nice ( for my eye )...tranparent red in the crown suits well with Assassins similar colour and I have to say that distance is truly great...longer than I thought ! Only thing that little bothers me is that in "power-swing"it produces fade for me( 9 degree model has 0/0,5 degree face angle )even though I can controll it, I rather hit it straight...but the best driver I´ve tested so far, so it´s in the bag and I think it will stay that way for a long time. Customer Service Havn´t used yet.... Similar Products Used: SMT Nemesis |

SMT 455
The smt 455 is by far the longest club i've hit. I use it on a 53"pennley st 70 xxx. I have hit several over 370! One problem though after about 400 swings it has developed 2 cracks around the housel. |

SMT 455 Deep Bore
The SMT 455 Deep Bore Head is a fabulous Head. I put it on a 50 inch shaft and have had a number of drives over the 320 yard mark. It is by far the longest club I have ever hit. Customer Service Customer Service is good too. John is pretty prompt when you have questions or problems. |
