itz pretty good! not as good as i thought, maybe 20 yards more in the air, but i think the 10 degree goes 2 high with out enough roll to it, and it slices alot if u try to swing light and be accurate, u have to swing as hard as u can, then it goes long and straight! |

I bought three versions of the 8.5 degree driver with different shafts. Grafalloy Tour Stiff, Ping Cushion 350 Stiff and Regular. The Grafalloy shaft is too stiff for me. The Cushin 350 shafts don't feel too different from each other, but I seem to prefer the regular shaft. This club produces a nice trajectory with adequate carry and roll. All three have a fade tendency even with the standard 1 degree closed face angle. Distance is about 5 yards longer than my Taylor Made 360. The sound at impact is louder than most other drivers I have tried. Customer Service No personal experience, but I know of several pesrons who have been very complimentary. Ping TiSi Tec 10.5 degree RSS
I bought to club on the 3rd tee when (crazy) owner hit a hook and offered it up for sale. Bingo I got it and hit it great all day. Setup is easy and confidence abounds because you know you can't miss with the huge head. Different looking but who cares the ball goes far and straight when your good swing is put on it. I did some range time with it last night and hit 75% of all shots straight or with a slight draw. The term "grip it and rip it" about sums it up. Fun club to hit, can't wait until next round. I have always had trouble off the tee and never knew where the ball would end up. I tried everything on the market and now have found the correct club for my swing. Get fitted for one and go, you'll love it. Customer Service N/A-just got it Similar Products Used: 975D,Mizuno T-Zoid Forged,Callaway Big Bertha Hawkeye,ERC,Taylormade etc.. |

I play on a very Lush course with a lot of Kikuya grass in fairways so not much roll. This driver flies the ball far but with little roll so it works fine for me. On harder fairways or desert courses you may be better off with a more boring lower trajectory. Ping has tried to do this with the new Tec Model by redistributing the weight but in my opinion the ball flight still balloons somewhat, also my 8.5 degree flies the ball similar to a 10 degree. Very forgiving club , but no club will solve your swing problems , I can still hook the hell out of it if i put on a bad swing. To be consistent with the rest of you dreamers I am smoking the ball about 360 yards off the tee on my good hits and still fly it out there 320 to 330 on toe and heel shots! ping tisi tech 5.5 rso
I also just bought one of the Tisi Tech the 5.5 rso. I have a problem hooking the ball and had tried many other top clubs. I have two Titileist 975d, Wilson fat shaft Red, Taylor made 360, and Taylor made 510 and others. They all have x shafts. I was told to get the Tisi and it would help me control the hook. Well sad to say it did not. I’m going to write all these companies and let them know what is gong on. I will find the best one out there with the technology to solve this problem. I will write back to this site once I have found it and let you know who I think is the best. If it happens to be Ping then so be it. I have been to 6 PGA pros this year to solve this problem and all 6 have told me different things to do. But the end result was the same they told me that there are just some things that they can’t fix. This is very unacceptable to me, these are the PGA Professionals. So now I must look to the equipment to help me out. This does only happen with the driver. I have a 9 handicap so I’m not the world’s worst golfer. Ping TEC 10 RSC Tour -R
Went to ping fitting center after playing with one of thier marketing reps. They helped turn my pull or hook into a long slight draw. Tried several shafts and heads. Finaly ended up with the 10Deg Tec. They even let me hit my Nike and showed me the difference in ball spin and trajectory. Missed one fairway out on the course with the Demo they loaned me. Im sold! Customer Service Excellent! Similar Products Used: Nike 10.5 350CC Stiff, 975J Proforce 75 Stiff, Taylormade Burner Titanium. |

Ping TiSI Tec Driver
I just got my new Ping TiSI Tec Driver and I love it. It instantly added 40 yards to my drives. No grip or swing adjustments, just grip it and rip it. Just don't buy this club without having it properly fitted. I highly recommend an outdoor fitting session. There are 27 different shafts to choice from, 8 hosel selections, and 5 lofts available. I'm sure there is a combination that fits your swing. I ended up with the 8.5 RSS with a WRX staff (Aldila One 65 High Launch - stiff). On my first round I averaged 280 yards, with two 300+ drives. This is the longest and straightest hitting driver I've seen. |

8.5 Ping ISI Tec RSS wiith a stiff shaft
I went to a Ping demo day was fitted. I recommend a proper fitting session for anyone looking to purchase this product. If fitted properly, this is one heck of a club. I can still work the ball if needed but my normal shot has gone from very bad hook to a very slight draw. This club sounds solid and feels great. This is a very good replacement for by old great big bertha. Customer Service Very good. Ordered the club and had it shipped with a week. Similar Products Used: Taylormade 320, Great Big Bertha |

i had bought this club without ever hitting it and expected the best. thats not what i got, i am used to working the ball and this is definately not the club to do it with. it does hit long and straight, but if your looking to work the ball do not get this. on the other hand, this club would be great for the higher handicapper |

Ping TiSI Tec
I purchased this club at ebay without ever having hit a Ping driver. I based my decision singly on what I'd heard and read about. It was a bit of a gamble, but boy did it pay off. I recently sold my Callaway Steelhead III. It had a regular flex shaft and I couldn't stop hooking it. Rather than getting the Steeelhead re-shafted, I decided to upgrad to the ping. My driver came with a UST Stiff flex shaft, and I have loved it from the minute I bought it. I have simply never hit a better driver. No exaggeration, I have added about 15 yards to my drives. I rarely hit anything other that a straight 265-270 yard drive with this ping. It is marvelous and well worth the money. Praise the Ping TiSI Tec. If my wife would let me, I would sleep with it. Amen. Customer Service Haven't had to use it. Similar Products Used: Callaway Steelhead Plus, and III. Probek Slugger |
