Ping G2 driver
This driver is awesome. I have played the cleveland launcher 460, taylormade 540 xd, 580 xd, and most recently was playing the R7. I have found a replace ment for the R7 and love it. Took it to the course for the first time today and was going to warm up on the range but the pro told me he didnt have any balls to take on the range. No problem i thought I will just go to the first tee box and see how I do. First ball I teed up and hit was about 260 with a beautiful draw. This driver is very good. Customer Service havent used it yet. Similar Products Used: R7, Cleveland 460 launcher, 540xd,580xd |

Ping G2
I was useing a Nike Ti 400cc and was looking for something new. So I went out and demo 5 new drivers. The Cleveland 460, Nike Igniter, McGregor VFOIL,Taylor Made R7, And the Ping G2. And I was blown away by Ping's accurate and just wicked lond it was, I was hitting a slight draw 280 yards. It's was at least 15-20 yards longer than the others. The Cleveland was the closest but still 10 yards shorter. And I was able to get 10 shots within 15 feet of each other 280 yards away. And keep in mind thats swinging at less than 100 percent. So if your looking for a great new driver go try them all, I'll bet you walk away with the Ping G2. Looks great priced great. G2 driver Aldila NV65s
In contrast to the SI3, this driver is a 5 star creation on the part of Ping. I was lukewarm at best when it came to the SI3. The G2 is stupid long, it sounds great and the Aldila NV really rocks on this head. I traded in an ERC Fusion for it and I will never regret the choice. Carry on the driving range with range balls was 260 carry. On the course, it shined and was wicked long with a very tight dispersal pattern. The only negative would be the head cover which really does not protect the shaft and is quite short in contract to your usual long neck headcover. The never ending search for the bog stick that felt just right is finally over. Similar Products Used: TM R7, 580XD, Adams Redline, ERC Fusion, SMT 455 deep bore with an Aldila NV65s. |

Very friendly club. If your a low ball hitter, dont be too proud to try this high loft. Good distance and easy to control. I got used to the large head after a couple of rounds and alot of fairways. Price is not to bad. Customer Service always good Similar Products Used: 983k,jvs,975 |

Ping G2
It took me 2 rounds to get used to this driver, but I'm really connecting with it now. In addition to being about 5-10 yards longer than my Cobra SZ 440, it's much more accurate. My drives are much straighter and they find the fairway a lot more often. Every time I tee it up I feel as though I'm going to nail it. You can't beat the combination of distance and accuracy. Ping G2 10 degree.
This is a great club. I have been playing a Nike igniter and thought it was easy to hit. I have always liked ping so I gave the G2 a shot. WOW, this club is long and straight. I am hitting 15 yards longer now and straight. It is very easy to hit and is very forgiving. I would advise anyone out there looking for a easy driver to hit, and hit with some distance to go out and give this club a shot. Good luck. |
