Model Reviewed: g10 draw driver

Best driver Ive ever used. This club has sex appeal- the black is deeper than other clubs. The copper to my surprised is pleasing. I've owned the G5, didnt like it and sold it. G10 by comparison has a bigger sweet spot. The clubhead feels thin yet strong. Hits are very loud and POWERFUL. The draw really helps the ball go straight. For me this driver makes it go high. I have the stock shaft and no need to replace. The G10 doesnt have the 'clunkiness' like the other ping clubs. It is superb.

Customer Service

Never used it. Like ping's website-- my only complain is that there's no way to contact customer service by email.

Bought and traded 10-15 driver in the past couple years. What a waste of money! Glad I found this club, staying in my bag for awhile. Got it on ebay for $220 shipping included.

Model Reviewed: Ping G10 10.5 draw driver

I've always hit a fade to a slice. I've also tried several offset drivers in the past. I slice the offset drivers as bad as a regular driver. I tried the G10 and the G10 draw this spring and after several rounds of play and time on the range I got the G10 draw a great club for me it has the stock regular flex shaft. This will be the driver for me for several years. Long and straight. Great price.

Model Reviewed: Ping G10 Driver

After a multi year search for a driver with great feel, stability and performance, I finally found the Ping G10. I find the club the most forgiving I have ever played, with excellent distance as well as aesthetic characteristics. I actually found it by accident having taken a new Cobra Speed Pro S driver (purchased after much monitor testing) to the range and discovering that the sound it made when hitting the ball did less than inspire confidence. The guy beside me had a brand new 9 degree G10 with a ProForce stiff shaft that he hated. We traded and I have never dirven the ball better in my life.

If you are unhappy with your driver, go to your local dealer, find a trade show or otherwise give this club a try. It actually sounds a little like striking with a persimmon.

Model Reviewed: Ping G10 9* stiff vs proto

This is without a doubt the best driver I have ever hit. I am a big titleist fan and never thought I'd move from titleist drivers , but two years ago I bought a callaway ft3 ( also a very good driver IMO )then when the 907's came out I had to have one of those. I liked them a lot but found I hit them very high and not quite so long.
I then began looking for a new driver , I really liked the aldila vs proto shaft so I was wanting to try the G10 with that shaft and a 9* loft. After waiting a week one come up on e-bay which I won , and ever since then I have been totally delighted with my driver. This club goes a little higher than I'm comfortable with , but I just cannot believe the distance and accuracy with this stick. Even though it goes higher than I like , I can't give up the peformance of this club. I have hit drives that I haven't hit since i was young and fit ( and slimmer ). This is without a doubt the best driver I have tried in the last couple of years and one of the cheapest (rrp). I used to be a Ping fan , but I didn't like the look of thier irons even though I hit them really well , but I'll now be looking for a set of those , either i3 blades or s58's if anyone could give me thier opinion on those I'd be grateful. I'm a bit worried the s58's will be too much work for me ( 5 handicap ).

This is the best driver I have used. Distance is unsurpassed. Feel is "crushed". Can work it. Ping stock shaft is good. It did win Golf Digest comparison.

Very good all around club. Was going to go with the Callaway Ft5, but this fit me better, and its about $300 cheaper. I use this driver with an extra stiff shaft and draw weighted and it really cuts down on my spin, because i have an over the top kind of swing (many years of baseball). Anyways, i've been putting it 290 in the air consistently and really cut down on my slice. I tested a lot of other clubs before settling on this just becuase it cut down on my side spin. Others will hit farther, but this keeps it straighter in my opinion.

The biggest improvement to driving consistency is a good golf instructor and practicing what you are taught. Beyond that, this stick seems to have a real edge in all the right categories:
straight, long, and just the right amount of forgiveness. You'll never hit it straight consistently with any of the so-called game improvement clubs until you fix your swing mechanics.

I was struggling with my Titlest 340 last week on the front nine, missing all but one fairway, and missing badly on both sides. I borrowed my partner's G10 and without any practice swings with it proceeded to crush it down every fairway. Only two missed staying on the fairway because I hit them too long but were still playable. What can I say, great club.

This driver can really hit it long and strait. First time out I hit a couple of drives that went 290+. Only missed 1 fairway. Good Driver.
