Nike SasQuatch Tour 460 Drivers

DESCRIPTION

The SasQuatch Tour 460 has a taller face height with less breadth than the SasQuatch 460. This unique profile delivers a more boring trajectory and the increased workability desires by better players.

Well I just bought this driver yesterday and took it to the range. I was hitting the ball about 240 yards...not bad for range balls. Duck hooked a couple since I'm still getting used to the new driver. So today I went out and played my first round with it. And boy I have never hit the ball so straight and so long...at the SAME time! My old driver was a Powerbilt 460 10.5* regular shaft and i would hit it about 270-280 but big slice fades. With the Sasquatch...9.5* and a stiff adilia flex shaft...i was easily bombing drives down the middle of the fairway about 300-310 yards every time. I hit 9 out of 14 fairways today. Much better from my 3 out of 14 with my Powerbilt. Even miss hits go the distance. I hit one off the toe and it went about 280. So all and all this is definitly the driver to get. If you want straight and long...this is definitly your driver. Great investment for 270 bucks.

Model Reviewed: SQ Tour 9.5

I sold my old trusty 983K before the season started figuring that I could replace it easily as it was about 3 years old. I have found with all the 460cc drivers out there that they are just not for me, with the SQ Tour included. I purchased the SQ Tour in 9.5 degree with a Grafalloy Proluanch Blue stiff shaft. I can say that it is longer than any driver I have hit. I'm in places I've never been before. That being said I'm also in places in the woods and rough that I have never been before as well. The SQ is very difficult to work right to left or left to right, much more difficult than my old 983K.

I've went through 8 different drivers just this year to try to replace my old driver, my prediction after all the touring pro's keeping hitting the ball all over with the 460cc drivers is that more companies are going to offer smaller heads on their new drivers similar to what Taylor Made does. Most companies have "tour" versions of their new drivers but they are not smaller, just a bit different looking.

This is a very long driver but is difficult for a long hitter to control.

this club demonstrates new technology which is at this point, leading the golf race to success. I currently have the titleist 982 k and hit it about 260. I picked up the sasquatch to demo for a round and every drive was down the fairway and it is so easy to hit and extremely forgiving. I had 5 drives over 300 yards = 40+ yards to my game = a few strokes = AMAZING!!!

try this stick before even considering a different driver.

Let me start out by saying I hated the original Nike Driver. Hated the Ignite. I have had a love affair w/my R7Quad. Saw new Sasquatch at Dick's in Jacksonville. Hit it into their live view Launch Monitor. My swing speed is approx. 125 w/ballspeed of 185. Never got club w/out demoing it.Bought this one though, and played today. Club hits balls straight. Turns soft slices into power fades and I use tour caliber spin balls. I have NV 65 Aldila shaft in stiff. More distance and a lot more accuracy than R7. Sasquatch doesn't let me hit a bad drive. Luv it and I am selling the R7. My regular partner hit it longer and straighter than his T-Nade 510TP.He's looking two switch as well.

This club is SOLID! Very long and fairly forgiving. Sets up perfect, no hook face here. I installed the Aldila VS Prototype 80 shaft and this club is a bomb. Incredibly long! Average drive is 295, but hit several well over 320. Makes a pretty loud bang when struck! Go buy one.....you won't be disappointed. Let it rip!!! Go Sooners!

Extremely looooong and straight. I bought this one w/ a fujikura tour platform 26.3 stiff flex. The ball flight is a bit high, but i was able to hit 12/14 fairways in my first round w/ this awesome driver. Very forgiving all day even on bad swings. I would highly recommend this one.

Just bought the Nike Sasquatch Tour 460 9.5 degree with a grafalloy prolaunch blue stiff shaft and I love it. I am pretty good off the tee with most clubs out these days but this is by far the most forgiving driver I have used. I have hit the Ping G5 in a 9 and 10.5 degree and the Taylor Made R7 quad 460. I hit all 3 around my usual 300 yard mark but the Nike is so much more forgiving on miss hits. Heel and toe shots barely fade off to the right or left side of the fairway and and huge slices are eliminated. If you want a driver thats as long as any other out there but has more forgiveness then go with the Sasquatch Tour. The regular sasquatch looks a little too much like a mallet for my taste.

Model Reviewed: Nike Sasquatch Tour 460 9.5 w/ Prolaunch Blue stiff

Just bought this from ebay a few days ago for 290 brand new and I love it. About a month ago I was stuck between the Taylormade ry 425 and the Sasquatch and I bought the Taylormade. After a few weeks I decided to try the Sasquatch and there was a notible difference in the first swing. I'm carrying the ball about 290 with the Nike, whereas I had to hit the r7 425 well just to get it that far with roll. The ball really seems to explode off the face with the Sasquatch. I would it's about 15-20 yards longer than any driver I've hit, even on off-center hits, and still very accurate. I think the Grafalloy Prolaunch Blue suits the driver well.

I bought this club in a 9.5% loft and the Aldlia NV-65 Stiff shaft...WOW this club is by FAR the easiest club to hit that I ever hit. I can't wait to see how well the fairway looks since i haven't spent much time there from my Orlimar 8.5% 300CC head.

EXCELLENT CLUB !!!!!

very solid club according to specs should be using a x-flex however s-flex is perfect combo w/head. ball flight is awesome, distance is better than expected (no) 300+ drives here, but yardage is great 265-275 carry w/lots of roll. set up looks wonderful behind ball states hit me hit me hit me....nike has put together a great club head. check out www.pga.com in regards to trade and resale value. only driver that beats out this is 905R and of course the all mighty TP Taylormades (forget that)...pay 700 today and in less than a year get one for half the price. got mine for 325.00 in plastic wrap. check around don't pay retail.
