I had a Titleist 975J before I purchased this and it was decent. I bought the Nike expecting to get a little more forgiveness and any more distance would be great. The trajectory is perfect and is about mid-high with the 9.5. It feels great and I hit it in the fairway consistently. My main complaint is that the stiff shaft is more like a regular flex. I lost about 10 yards because of the shaft. The ball starts off good and looks like it will go a long way but it seems to just die out and drop drop very fast. I'm pretty sure this is due to the shaft.

Model Reviewed: 350cc 8 Degree

I got 350 8 degree stiff used when I traded in my trusy old firesole. I had earler in the week taken out a 400 and a Taylor Made 360. I wanted to like the 360 desperately because of reviews on here and other places. I found that the 360 sent me right more than normal. On the range I was kinda pushing things right but on the course it was a joke how wild I seemed to be. When I got the 350 I had to calm down and not try to over hit it. When I took my normal swing not trying to rip it I hit the ball further than I have ever hit it in my life. I had 3 drives in excess of 320 and on the last hole, an uphill 279 yard par 4 I actually drove through the green and had to chip from behind to get back on. Amazing how straight and LONG this club is. I'm hooked. I was a Taylor Made fan before, had the burner before the firesole, but I'm convinced that Nike has topped them with the forged driver. Don't listen to all the haters out there, this driver is the real deal and at least for me, is a much easier to hit and longer club than the 360!

Customer Service

Haven't had to use, only drawback I can see is that the top of the club chips easily.

Model Reviewed: Nike Driver 400cc stiff shaft

Initially, I bought the 400cc 10 degree regular. Took it to the range and was hitting nice soft draws right down the middle. Trajectory was high which concerned me bec I was losing distance compared to old TM bubble driver. Salesman suggested I try it on course first which I did. Same problem. So I traded that for 9 deg reg shaft. Trajectory better but ball went left, right; anywhere but down the middle. So, finally, I traded for the 9 deg stiff which is perfect for me. My swing speed is 95- 100 mph which probably had something to do with problems I had with first two drivers. Length on this driver is not great. What I enjoy is its forgivenss and my ability to more consistently get ball down middle of the fwirway despite my inconsistent swing. I haven't tried the other nike drivers but this one sounds pretty loud to me.

I was using 975D before I bought this driver with the original stiff graphite shaft. It defnitely gives me more roll than the 975D and I now average about 10-15 yards longer. Sets up slightly more closed compared to the Titleist but has a better feel at impact. I'm not bothered by the more muted sound that it produces coz its much like the 975D. Not sure why there is so many complaints about the shaft; it works for me. Tested the Mizuno Blue Rage as well but Nike still feels better at impact. Recommended for those who are looking for a nice trajectory and roll off the tee.

A huge difference from my Callaway GBB Hawkeye. Average 30 to 40 yards more off the tee More forgiving than my previous callaway, less dispersion, more yards. No regret buying Nike driver.

After I got used to the sound, a little clunkier than my pinging Callaway, I really love this club. I hit it as far as anything I've ever picked up and I'm amazed at how far toe hits go. I have a 9.5 launch with a midkick reg shaft. Looks great too.

Umm. First of all, whoever is Christian, you are lying. A club doesn't add 100 yards to your game, plain and simple. Anyways, I must be one of the few that didn't like this club. A couple of reasons put me off of it. First of all, the sound was incredibly muted and sounded weak. The club also didn't really feel that lively when hit. It may of been the shaft in it, but it felt unresponsive and kind of sluggish. Another was the ball flight. My regular ball flight is a low slight draw, and I hit higher slight fades mostly every single shot with it. What I did like was how it set up, and the weight felt pretty good too. I found distance was mostly the same as with other titanium drivers. With some improvements, this could be a great club. If this is only the first model driver that Nike has produced, the rest can only get better.

This driver has actually added 75-100 yards to my game. I used to play the Callaway Big Bertha Steelhead and I used to hit high drives about 175. Now I am hitting mid trajectory drives 250-275 It's amaizing! I also tried the Titleist 975VS, and the Ping TiSI which costs 200$ more and it wasn't even close to as good and sounds horribly flat. The one thing I may change is the shaft it is very good but I prefer a Tip-Stiff shaft so I may go with a UST proforce 65. Overall this is the best driver by far and gives anybody great confidence at the address. A++

For those of us that have actually hit the club, you know that this is a very solid driver. Good feel at impact, very long off the tee. Sound is muted, which maybe the thing that turns some people off... Hopefully, Nike will put out "exotic" shafts soon like the Speeder 757, Harrison 2.5, Apache "Orange Crush", and others to give buyers a choice in terms of shaft upgrades. This is a very solid driver for a 1st attempt by Nike and hopefully this means that more/better things are coming....

Customer Service

Ok, a little slow, but they have acknowledged their slowness and are attempting to get better.
