This is a follow up to my previous review. I upgraded to the 400 from the 350(traded in a never used 7 wood for the difference). I LOVE this club. I am hitting the fairway about 75% of the time and for me that is amazing. Once I got used to the longer shaft and teeing the ball higher I am absolutly bombing the ball. I played a round with my brother in law the other day and after the third time I hit it he was making Bomb sounds as soon as I hit. Was consistently 290 and went 320 on one hole. It is definately the most consistent and longest driver I've ever had the fortune of placing in my hands. Don't believe the nike bashers this thing is legit. Do yourself and your game a favor and pick one up NOW! Customer Service Haven't had to use as of yet. I hope not to! I bought the driver without testing it before. It is very forgiving and as long as you need ;-) The stock shaft is a pice of crap and I quickly replaced it with a stiff Fujikura Vista pro 80 skaft and now I love it. The response comes instant and feels great. It takes a couple of rounds to get used to the muted sound though. Really a great driver for me who shoots in the low 80s and high 70s. The price is now right (aprox. $320) but do not buy it for more and throw away the pice of crap for headcover that ships with the driver. Shame on you NIKE !!! Didn't like the driver at all. Impact sound is weak and muted. The feel of it is even worse. It didn't feel "hot" coming off the face at all. I did like the shape and look. It wasn't too bulky or oversized. I produced mostly slight draws from the right side of the fairway to the other. Miss-hits go offline quite a bit but not that bad and the distance is fair. I preferred the TM 320 and the Titleist 975J. Try out demo clubs before investing in a high end driver. There is better out there. Road Tested 10.5 350cc with Regular Flex shaft. Club is very forgiving, felt good and was about 10-15yds longer than my Hawkeye Pro-Series. Sound is muted but still ok, you can feel the ball jump of the clubface. Head although 350cc does not look huge at address...IMHO nike has done a great Job! It took me a few rounds to get used to it, but I an slowly starting to get the hang of it. The sound is not great but the distance is fantastic. I recommend that you change the shaft since I think that all stardard shafts are very poor. I recommend this driver for any level of golfer but you have to be patient. This is a great driver....I couldn't pass up the deal, but even and twice the price it would still be good. I don't hit this driver consistently long but almost ALWAYS straight and every once in awhile I get a nice 300+ bomb. I wasted a lot of time with other drivers glad I finally found one that works. Customer Service Really good order it and got it within 1 week Similar Products Used: 975D, Ping ISI, Callaway Great Big Bertha, Callaway Steelhead |

Well i went to a driving range and hit the driver, and i liked it. Better forgivness and about 5 or so more yards distance (i was carrying the ball about 270 or so). Then i went to the guy who sold it to me (he is a 7 time long drive champ, hits the ball about 360 or so by the way) and i had him put a Harrison Striper shaft on it, and it put 10 yards on my drive, and also made it more accurate. People the truth of the matter is that all these big driver companies, Callaway, Nike, Titleist, TaylorMade, you name it... THEY ALL SELL THEIR DRIVERS WITH ABSOLUTE CRAP SHAFTS ON THEM!! Trust me ive researched this, and most of the shafts the companies put on their they buy from Taiwan and places like that for about .90 cents a shaft!! No joke, look it up for yourselves!! While this driver is extremely well designed (love beta ti, its the best clubface material out there i believe), the shaft really does negatively affect the clubhead's performance. The same goes with all the Callaway and TaylorMade and whatever other drivers ive hit. If you buy this or any other driver, i strongly, strongly recommend taking your club to a local professional, have him look at your swing so he can determine the best shaft for you, the Harrison Striper was a great choice for me.
