Cobra M Speed 460 Offset
I'm a 20 handicap golfer who is inconsistent off the tee box; hence the +20. I like to hit driver, but like a lot of others, I fight a slice. If I try to compensate, a lot of times I will pull hook it. So, I read up on offset drivers. I never liked offset irons, because I play with a strong grip and I always had a problem pulling them right of target (I'm a lefty). So I got the M Speed on ebay for a steal and took it straight to the range. I cant say enough about it. I can take the whole left side of the fairway out of play! I line up square to target, close stance slightly and it WILL find the fairway. Also, gained what appears to be 15-20 more yards with the roll of a draw. I tried to hit a fade with it, but it is just to closed of a face. I still have my F speed Cobra for that. I am really pleased with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone fighting a slice. I dont think I could hit a slice with it. I cant wait to play Saturday. I usually tee up on left side of box for a fade (slice); the guys are gonna wonder what in the crap is he doing on the right side of the tee box? They will see and I am just that confident. WOW!! This driver will change your entire golf game for anyone that has trouble making the ball go straight. Iv had two 460 drivers before this one and hit them far but not always straight, for having a 12* i still constantly hit around 225-250 which isnt that far, but... STRAIGHT DOWN THE PIPE!! but if im having a good day maybe are 275. All i can say is buy this driver!! i got it for 45 on ebay in excellent condition. I play golf to a good standard relying on long irons to get me round accurately as my driver play is totally useless. Playing some weeks back the conversation led to my driving ability or at least the lack of it when my playing partner suggested trying a Cobra offset drive. The following day I took myself along to the range where I tried the Cobra M Speed offset. Wow! After years of struggling of the tee I found an instant cure for my slice, not only was I hitting the ball with a draw I was hitting long nearly 300yrds using range balls. If you struggle with a slice try one of these drivers

I suck at golf. But I love it. My brother bought this club and on the 17th hole one Sunday after we hit out tee shots I wanted to try his club just for fun. I hit a straight shot 305 yards. (Granted it was an elevated tee box, but still.) I borrowed it for my league the next tuesday and hit 5 of 6 fairways with it. I bought one the next day. I don't draw the ball, but my slice has turned into a slight fade, which is fine by me. Similar Products Used: Callaway Great Big Bertha II

I would never hit a driver because I would either slice or couldn't get it up in the air. This club has changed my life....I went from the guy in my foursome that couldn't get off the tee box to the guy hitting the long high bombs that is out driving the group. Best club I have ever purchased. |

Bought the club on ebay for $150.00 New. I usually hit a fade (slice). I've owned 3 differant drivers in the last year. I got this one in hopes that the offset would help me with this problem. I bought a 10.5 deg. regular flex. The regular flex was way too wippy for my swing speed, was very uncontrolable. I extracted the shaft and install a Pro force stiff flex. This made a ton of differance. I am now bombing 270 yard draws. Which is about 50 to 60 yards farther than I was hitting before. I no longer dread pulling the big dog out on the tee. I'm now looking for matching fairway woods. Customer Service Never had to use it. Similar Products Used: Taylormade Burner, R7 draw, Nike SQ, |

I really wanted to like this club as I play the S9 irons and love them. It does go straight but distance is average and it sound? At the range, everyone would turn to look as hit a shot. Embarrasing to say the least. Not a lot of feel, hard to tell the sweetspot. This club does look nice and would appeal to someone desperate to get the ball in the air. It's worth a try if you can get past the sound. Customer Service Not needed Similar Products Used: Cleveland, Taylor Made, Ping etc. |
