Ball Go Far!!! Effortless power and more importantly...consistancy off the tee. Even with a 350cc head, it is easy to get the hands through. Smooth swings produce good distance. If you really step on one, you can really put it out there. The only problem is the other guys in your foursome will want to borrow it on their tee shots too. Beautiful club to look at on address. Don't let the chops in your group tee it too high and ding the top!!!

Model Reviewed: Cobra SS350 Offset 9° Stiff

I only started playing 3 years ago but I moved very fast up the handicap and i am currently at 9 hcp. I am a very long hitter and with my previous drivers (Great big bertha and the ERCII) I hit 260 m (290 Yards). On a bad day though I would slice 50% of my drives. I tried the SS350 9° in Orlando last May and I was a convert. I hit 50 drives straught down the driving range at more than 300 yards. Last week I hit a 320 m (360 yards) drive to win the longest drive in a competition. I ordered a second identical driver through the Edwin Watts website as I want to be sure that they will not run out.

Model Reviewed: Cobra 350 SS 10.5 degree stiff, left handed

I am a lefty, and to find a demo driver of any quality is hard to come by. I am still new enough to the game to enjoy a really long drive. The first drive was dialed back for me, and it carried 310 yards. I am a cronic faider, so when my ball gets to 260-280 it does a serious turn to the left. I have to line up facing the far right side of the fairway to allow the faid to work back in. With the first drive, I lined up straight, and it went just left of center. The second was just right of center, but with the same distance. I was playing a TaylorMade on a 47 inch UST Gold Distance shaft. The Cobra out drives it with less club head speed. The only thing I think could be better would be to have played an X stiff shaft. My club head speed is over 110 MPH, I never tried to approach that with a demo however. When catching a drive flush at a higher speed, the club does feel like it wants to snap off. I am grateful to the guys at the Trophy Club for letting me try such a quality club. All things considered, I want one in my bag as soon as possible. The only faults I found were in my swing. If I had to say something bad about the club it would be that I turned it back in at the end of the round, and I don't have one yet.

I have been playing golf for 4 years and my best result ever was 104. My average game is 110. Well today I did it and I played 95 thanks to this Cobra King. I am a slicer so I choosed the offset version. I have been shopping for a good wood since a year. It is difficult to choose. Well, this is the wood that I was dreaming of. My best hit today was 260yrd and the worst 200yrd. The only bad thing about this wood is the offset ...

Model Reviewed: SS350, 9 degree, regular shaft

I had been playing with a Titleist 975D with a Prolite regular shaft. Trajectory with this setup was medium, carry around 230 and another 20-30 yards of roll. Tried the 975J and then the SS350. The SS350 is hands down the better club. Consistently straight with carry around 250 and about 20-30 yards of roll. I got the 9 degree with HM Tour regular shaft. This is a great setup giving a high penetrating ball flight. It game with a Golf Pride grip with a reminder rib. I hated it because is setup the face closed. Changed the grip to Tour velvet round grip and that solved the problem. This is just a great club regardless of price. Try it. You won't be sorry.

This club is unbelievable. I have owned most brand name drivers [ERC, Launcher, Liquid Metal, Taylor Made etc.]. This club is as long as long, if not longer, then the top names. First time out, I hit 14 out of 14 fairways. If you elicit a slice it is a gentle fade and stays in the fairway. My distance is about the same as the Launcher and ERC, but far more controlled. Try it you will love it.

Jury's still out on this club as far as I'm concerned. I took it out on the course for a 9-hole demo and so, have a limited basis on which to even write a review...but I thought I would share my initial impressions. I will say this about the club: it is far longer than my current driver (TM TI Bubble 2). There is a fairway bunker on one of the par 5s at my home course that I normally clear by 10-25 yards, depending on how I hit my drive. Today, I cleared it by 75 yards easy. I have NEVER hit a drive that far in my entire life. This experience was repeated on two other holes. Now for the bad news: It also goes really far when you hook it...which I did on two holes. Whereas a snap off of my current driver would have left me something I could find, these two tee shots with the SS 350 were gone the moment they left the clubface--and I felt like I was not swinging any harder than usual. Now, I am sure the hooks were my fault and not the clubs...just like those bomber drives were my doing and not the club's (!), but it does make me a little nervous to step up on a tight hole and think that if I don't catch it square, I am going to be taking a drop or hitting a provisional. Like I said--the jury's out. Next step for me is to just go hit it for a while on the range. I was certainly impressed enough on my good tee shots to give it another go with the Cobra driver. Other things about the club--looks great and (IMHO), sounds like a cannon when you hit it square. Also, the proce cannot be beat (I've hit the C4, 950J, Nike, Launcher, R500, etc. and none compare in the value for money category). I'm encouraged to see so many other positive reviews here--makes me want to fix my hook so that I can trust myself with this club on the tee.

This club/line has enough positive reviews, but if by chance you are like me, have a tendency to see a fade or slice creep into your drives that just drives you crazy, and if the only place you can demo one of these clubs is a shop that graciously pound balls into a net, take my feedback as the encouragement you're looking for to go ahead and pull the trigger and throw it in your bag. Put any kind of decent swing on it and watch the ball go straight, with a boring trajectory. I like the 9 degree, regular flex. Aesthetically, the club looks great but the headcover looks like it belongs next to a velvet Elvis painting, easily correctible. Good luck.

Model Reviewed: cobra ss350 9 degree driver

I had been using an older King-cobra titanium driver the last 5 years and been hitting the ball about 225-230 yards. This spring Iwalked into the Bobick's golf shop in Lima and a salesman there--Greg Stumbaugh showed me the new cobra ss350 driver and told me about the proposed distance and accuracy of the new model of driver---I was aprehensive to saythe least--however he let me demo a 10.5 driver for 2 weeks and WOW---did it ever feel good. You can sense the ball jumping off of the clubface---I hit it higher and farther than I ever have. In fact I took it back in and purchased the same driver with a 9 degree loft and I am keeping up with the younger guys I golf with on their drives. I am averaging at least 25-30 yards more carry and roll on my drives with this new driver. I am 42 years old and it feels great to be hitting it as far as the 28-34 year old guys I play golf with. My handicap has dropped 3-4 strokes too! No kidding--I don't work for a golf shop or mfg. I am a financial planner and I really believe that for most people, this Cobra driver would be a great investment in their golf game. WOW! You really got to try one of these drivers out for a few rounds.

Customer Service

After reading all of the positive reviews about this club, I did not think I would get the same results. Boy was I wrong! After purchasing the 350 my drives immediately improved! I am hitting the ball longer than I ever have. Even friends I have golfed with have hit the ball long and have only positive comments about it. If you're debating - don't wait! Go out and buy this club today - it's really worth EVERY penny!

Customer Service

iznadgolf.com customer service was basically non-existent. I would rate them a one on a scale of 1-10. Tried calling their toll free phone number about 20 times and NEVER got through to a live person!
