This is a fine driver and I would recommend this club to anyone. However, if you are an inexperienced golfer like me and have an average to low swing speed, stay far away from the custom shaft like the Bimatrix. The driver is definitely straight but the distance for me is average. And the shaft causes the ball to have a low trajectory. Otherwise this club is a great value for what you pay for it. Quadpro Driver 10.5*
Before I bought this club, I was using a Taylor Made Original One 12* driver. Now, c''mon, quit laughing. I could hit the thing a long way and moderately straight. So once I got into the 20th century I figured a new driver was in order and BLAMMO, found this club mismarked at Golfsmith. Since it was only $100, I figured I can''t get too screwed and just bought it. I took it immediately out to the driving range and, pardon the pun, was hooked. I can really crush it, work the ball a little bit even, and keep it pretty well straight. A steal for $100.00 The feel on impact is fantastic, as is the sound. You know when you''ve put it on the sweet spot. I have the Cleveland stock regular flex shaft which a frequency test revealed was much more stiff than one might be led to believe. I usually play stiff shafts anyway so I don''t have to get a new one put on. I have swing kinks to work out and then I''m sure that I''ll be more straight... and now super-duper long. I usually carry the ball around 260. But don''t be fooled too much - I live in Denver. Thin air is pretty cool... Customer Service The local Cleveland rep is pretty cool - and Golfsmith? Watch sale items for mismarks. Their loss = your gain. Gotta love it. Similar Products Used: Cleveland Quadpro Dual Rail 16* (LOVE it), Callaway Steelhead Plus 9* |

This club, hands down, is the best value in golf. I had searched long for a good oversized driver that would be consistent; had demoed Titleist J, new Cobra, Taylormade, you name it. I have been using my old Warbird, but finding myself always hitting first. Got this club on a lark, seeing it on E-Bay for $75; got it in the mail on Tuesday, regripped it, played with it in a tourney on Wednesday- OH MY GOD!!. Long, straight, great ball flight. Good distance even with mis-hits. Hit one drive 340 yds dead straight (yes, did have a slight tailwind- hit it into the hazard crossing fairway). Anyone not wanting to sell a kidney to get a good club should look at this one. Customer Service Good service thru E-bay Similar Products Used: C Warbird, Taylormade 320, Nickent GHplus, Titleist J, others. |

I just wanted to say...I SUCK but with this driver I only halfway suck. honestly, i have found more and more fairways with this driver. i''m not sure if its the swing or the driver, but i do know that since i put this in my bag i have tons and tons more confidence that translates into better scores and funner golf. I have tried the titleist 975d side by side with this one and can''t tell the difference but me and my friends have all agreed that this is much easier to hit. They are going at unbelieveable prices now due to the launcher, which i am really tempted to try, but i live by the saying "if it aint broke then dont fix it" |

Cleveland QuadPro Titanium 9.5* stock shaft
Amazing value for such a top-notch club. Best driver out there? No, but it''''''''''''''''s gotta be close, right next to the 975J and new Cleveland Launcher. This thing is very, very consistent. I tested with the EI-70 and the stock shaft, and found the stiff stock shaft to be perfect for my swing (95 mph). The distance is excellent. I averaged about 245-250 with my 975D, but have gained at least 10 yards with the QuadPro. You can find these babies all over for around $100-$125, because a lot of places are wanting to get them off the shelves because of the Launcher. Anyway, you won''''''''''''''''t be sorry if you buy this club. Clubhead isn''''''''''''''''t huge, but big enough if you have a clue on the tee at all. Just take an easy swing and listen for that sweet "CLICK" sound. Excellent bang for the buck. Customer Service Don''''''''''''''''t know. Quadpro 9.5 w/UST65
After reading all the good reviews on this site, I bought one. But it didn''t work out for me. I was using PureSpin fat shaft driver, and hit along 240 yard. With the Quadpro9.5 I had a big slice problem. And the stiff UST ProForce65 didn''t feel like a stiff shaft. Anyway, I started to work on the slice, finally I corrected it. The ball flied pretty straight. Then I went back to try my old PureSpin, It got better result. Straighter and a little bit longer than the Quadpro. The Quadpro is not that easy to control and the ProForce65 shaft didn''t feel good. My swing speed is 95~100.I don''t think the Quadpro is super forgiveness. When you hit the sweet spot, it flies, but you have to know how to master it. Maybe this driver is just not for me. Customer Service no experience Similar Products Used: PureSpin fat shaft. |

Cleveland Quadpro Ti 9.5* Bi-Matrix
I have been using GBB 8* Regular Shaft driver for a year now. I like the club but when I am not on, I tend to balloon the ball a little bit. So, incomes Cleveland Quadpro Ti 9.5* driver with 44" Bi-Matrix stiff shaft. I love it. Distance wise I hit the ball the same as GBB (about 250+ yards), but the amount of control I have is unbelievable. And the sound, I love that muted sensation. Feels just like a good sand wedge nice and soft. Anyhow, if you like smaller head drivers go try this one. I love the shorter shaft because I am hitting the sweet spot more often now and thus hitting the ball just as far or longer than drivers with long shafts. Customer Service Did not need them yet!! 9.5, graffaloy 3.5-s
Very good distance, excellent sound, excellent trajectory, top-notch forgiveness. Classic dark grey, pear-shaped head. Headcover is okay, but I''d prefer it not to have that "sockie" material that goes down the shaft. It gets too ragged too quickly. But that''s just pickiness in details, back to the club: I recommend the shaft upgrade from the stock graphite, though that might work fine for some, who knows. The prolite was the best for me, the EI-70 a close second, and the proforce third. I like a medium trajectory, so I went with a 9.5*. With the prolite, that loft launches just right for me. If I used the stock shaft, I''d use an 8.5. My swingspeed is roughly 105, with a hitter-type swing. Smoother tempos often think the prolite and other tip-stiff shafts feel dead and unresponsive, in which case you should opt for a more mid-flexing, softer tipped shaft (possibly the EI-70 would fit the bill) Distance with the Quad is great, I couldn''t ask for more with a regular length shaft. The Quad''s 260cc head is plenty forgiving; forget the need for a 320+cc head unless you really need to dwarf the ball at address to feel comfortable. Mis-hit the Quad slightly, and you aren''t punished much at all: this thing likes straight balls. It has a very large hitting zone. Very similar in forgiveness and distance to the Hawkeye I hit on several occasions, but the Quad doesnot "ting" as much at impact, it''s more muffled, which may reduce feel depending on your preferences. The Quad is the best driver I''ve tried to date. For the price, it''s unbelievable. To like it though you should go with an upgrade shaft, like the more muted sound (steel like), and be preferential to "smaller" headed drivers, i.e., not be used to the large headed monsters of today. Customer Service They were relatively quick to respond to any email queries I had. Similar Products Used: Hawkeye 8.5 stock strong graphite; Firesole Ti 8.5 s-90 |

None I tried several different drivers in my quest to find the "big stick" to help take me to the next level. I also tried different shafts. Amazingly, the stock Cleveland shaff in a stiff flex gave me more consistent performance than the bi-matrix and ust shafts. Amature golfers need to understand that not all equipment is for all golfers regardless of cost or ratings. Different equipment reacts to different swings differently. Its what''s better for YOU that counts. It took a salesman at Golf Galaxy who was more interested in me getting the right club for me as opposed to selling the one that cost the most to make me understand that because I was ready to spend a lot more for a club I hit a lot less consistently. At any rate, the Cleveland has a very solid feel at contact and is incredibly accurate. I''ve never seen anything like it. Let''s not even talk about the distance! I was out driving the comp. consistently. This club is very solid in all aspects. Very forgiving. Its nice to know that your ball will likely be in play when you pull out the driver instead of hoping its in play. Test this club if you are in the market for a driver.
