Cleveland Launcher Titanium Drivers

Cleveland Launcher Titanium Drivers

DESCRIPTION

The LAUNCHER Driver was first introduced in November of 2000 to a select group of PGA Tour professionals. Put in play immediately, the LAUNCHER driver started making headlines when Vijay Singh used it to win back-to-back tournaments on the European Tour. Andrew Magee landed in the PGA history books when he made the only ever hole in one on a par four. Other golfers also used the LAUNCHER to win on Tour. The LAUNCHER Driver is rapidly earning a place in golf bags on and off The Tour because of its unprecedented distance and all-around performance.

Boasting a traditional shaped 330cc clubhead, the LAUNCHER features a Titanium body and a thin Beta-Titanium face that precisely meets the legal COR (coefficient of restitution) limit set forth by the USGA. The LAUNCHER Driver was designed to not only meet the needs of pros on The PGA Tour but, more importantly, to bring better distance and enjoyment to your game.

...Wow! I hit this thing better than any other driver I''ve tried - and I''ve tried them all. I had it cut to 43" shaft (reg flex) which has helped me alot - I''m sort 5-7 or so. I can now hit the 240-250 mark on my drives and have never been able to do that with all the others...buy it!

Bought this club the day it came out. Test-drove the Callaway and Taylor Made drivers (which are at least $100 more) and the Launcher was the best driver, by far. The look, the feel, the sound--the control! Never mind that this club will automatically add 30+ yards to your drives, the most important asset is the accuracy and control. Even mis-hits go the distance. Just be sure to tee your ball up higher.

Outstanding!! I bought this club a week before I went I vacation...I used a 3 wood to tee off all summer because I could not control my Callaway driver...the Cleveland Launcher has made me a much better player..not only am I crushing the ball 260 w/ a nice and easy swing, but its going straight!!

I''ll be short, and to the point. I''m a 6 hdcp ,and will go lower with this club no doubt. It is the longest, but more importantly, straightest driver I have ever hit. I bought it based on these reviews, and they were on target. Before you buy into the Callaway/Titleist advertising hype. Give this one a test drive, and you won''t be disappointed.

Mama mia!! This thing hits like an atomic blast. I normally hit a Hawkeye Pro Series - this is probably 10 yards further. I have also hit a Ping TiSi - probably 10 yards further than that. And don''t even get me talking about the 975J - I hit that too and it''s not in the same league. One thing though - I think the stiff swings more like a cross between a regular and stiff - not a true stiff - that''s just an opinion. To take it further, it would work better for a smooth swinger - if you swing fast, I would say get an extra stiff if they make it. Finally, about this shaft - one time I hit a Mizuno with a Fuji shaft - ooh la la!! But this is even better. Prepare for true driver ecstasy - probably will add ten years to your life too. What a club!!

I used the TM 360 this last season to some success. As the season was ending up here in Maine I decided to see what was new for next year. At my local golf shop (Joseph''s) they are very good about taping up demo''s so decided to try the new Ping Tec (8.5R -actually a 10.5) and the Cleveland Launcher (10.5R). Went to my golf course for a head to head comparison with my beloved TM. The 6th tee was ideal since the fairway is long and slightly lower so you had a good view. I hit 2 rounds of 20 balls each and then put on paper where each ball ended up. The Cleveland was the winner (by far) even with the regular shaft (which seemed too loose for even a 85 mph swing). Went back to the golf shop and had them tape up a Stiff to compare with the Regular. Returned to the same tee and hit 2 rounds of 20 each. No comparison - the stiff was perfect for my swing speed of 85-90 mph. Far tighter dispersion. The shaft is magic and the head size works perfect. An awesome club. I was so impressed, I traded my TM 300 series 3W, 5W for the Cleveland Launcher 15/19. Looking forward to teeing it up in Orlando in March.

I got the Launcher last week, 9.5 with the golden Fuji shaft in stiff flex. I was using a 10* GBB with a Graphite Design S shaft.. to my surprise the Launcher has a higher ball flight than the GBB but I can live with that as I''m hitting more fairways now.. the shaft is just rite for me since I don''t have a high swing acceleration like Nike Price.. Overall a nice driver with an attractive price tag, got it for around USD 230 over here in Hong Kong.. the negative being the noise when hitted on the sweet spot, way too loud !!

I love this driver, it looks great, it feels great, it sounds great and best of all the price is great. It sure takes alot less effort to get this ball out there compared to my 975d and about 200% more forgiving too. I''m still getting used the larger head but i don''t think it''s going to be a problem. Anyways, im going to keep this short guys. Buy it, its the best damn driver out there. If you have doubts... 4.9/5.0 with 31 reviews, now you decide for yourself. This driver is going to be hot, the only reason i can think of why someone would buy this driver even after hitting it, is that it''s cleveland. Alot of people tend to be brand loyal, or want to keep thier bouquet of woods matching.

This is the best freaking driver out in the market. I got it about a week ago and i had alway hit the ball with a little slice. But with the launcher i hit a nice draw about 270 yard and I am on 16 years old. The launcher makes a great sound looks good and is forgiving. Also the shaft is one of the best in the market now.

3-2-1-LAUNCH All systems go. Just got the Laucher. I switched from TM 360. I haave a low ball flight that''s why I wen twith the 10.5 Now I hit low but like a rocket. I think I was hititng 15 to 20 yards further. Same carry alot more roll. I''ve had Ping Tisi, TM 360, BBB, and GBB. This by far the hottest one I hit. And for the money you can not beat it. Hope Santa brings a 17 degree unbder the tree.
