Not too many reviews on this and I felt compelled to share how wonderful this club is. I would recommend this club to golfers of almost all skill levels as it is very forgiving, but rewards you as well if not better for hitting it pure than any other driver on the market. The setup is great (although I heard it was slightly closed, but doesn't bother me) and the sound at impact isn't what you would expect from a composite club (especially if you've hit the Callaway ERC Fusion). It is actually a very solid sound. Great club for better players...no problems working the ball. I bought this club after hitting it side by side with about every driver out there. This club was the best in performance, forgivness, set up, and feel. Before you buy a driver this year, try this and you will be glad you did because it is the real deal. Ample shaft options for just about everyone. I would try a few before landing on one as they are very different in weight/feel. Customer Service Have not had to use, but the demo guys were really knowledgable and more helpful than the other companies. So I guess Cleveland is better at that too. This is very ,very simple.Cleveland have made the best driver ever with this model. It is awesome! I do not write reviews lightly..only when something impresses me as much as this has. I have searched long and hard for a driver that gives this much pleasure and rest assured I have tried all the so called "hot"drivers of the past few years.....most recently, all of the current crop..ping g2, mizuno 001 460,cobra comp, callaway 454,taylormade r7 and r5 dual,N AND D!!...oh and the nike ignite 460..but we wont go there. Not one of them can hold a candle to the cleveland.I have a relatively slow swingspeed so was advised to go with the regular stock fujikura shaft, 1o degree model and what a revelation it is. The flight is medium high with no ballooning and the ball comes of the club face like a rocket with a lovely sound not as brash as some of the big headed drivers, but still a very noticeable "thunk"...I think I just made that word up!! I was reluctant to go with the regular shaft .I think its a macho thing as I have always had a stiff shaft in my driver...but the pro who sold me the club ensured me that regular was the way forward and that about 75% of people go with a stiff shaft when they really need a regular.Oh and when the stock shaft is as good as this you dont really need to tinker with the club and have one of the latest buzz shafts like an Aldila NV 65 or graffalloy prolaunch, unless you have very particular flight requirements. The best endorcement of the club came from the pro who sold me the club.He said that he is in a position to try every new club that comes on the market and he has only had the holy grail feeling once with a driver and that is the cleveland 460 comp.Needless to say he uses one now himself. To sum up...it is silly long..very,very easy to swing, does not balloon, and rewards you time after time after time with consistant ripping drives. My drives have improved by about 30 yards on average, but more importantly they are nearly always spookily straight whereas before i was a power fader. I cant speak too highly about this club. Everyone should buy one..or two even,so you have one for the future when they are no longer available and your first one has worn out!! Seriously though...It should be at the top of, or very near the top of your list of drivers to try if you are in the market for a new one. And no..I do not work for cleveland.I just know class when I see it...and this club has class written all over it. Excellent build quality as well.Looks like it will stand the test of time.WOW!! ......Oh and dont be afraid to try regular shafts. You will be pleasantly surprised.Price wise you can find this club substantially discounted if you shop around.I paid around £200 English pounds for mine new,and the retail price is £319!! Customer Service Never had to deal but am told they are very good. This is the best driver i have ever hit, i had the ping tisi tec and cleveland 330, its unfair to use this driver, your swing can be off-plane and still be fine. Although id say the driver doesnt give you any more distance then say the R7 or 454, its straight every time. I would trying to trade the comp for the r7 but now that i have it, i wouldn't trade it for 2 r7s.Its that nice of a club. I am sure of my self ill go under par this year just because of this club. Buy it...over anything Similar Products Used: ping tisi tec cleveland 330 r7!!!dont buy this is better |

im not much of a consistant hitter with all my swing changes, but with this i feel better than with my old 983. it feels solid even if slightly mis-hit, and has a nice flight, slightly high giving me good distance. not used to the closed face though, but with time i will get accustomed to it. there is so much hype over the r7 i think this club almost goes by unappreciated, a good solid club from a company that has a good streak with drivers. Customer Service Never delt with, delivery came in the estimated 7-10 days Similar Products Used: titleist 983, taylormade r580, Honma :) |

driver is solid. best cleveland driver to date. i've played the old launcher 330, titleist 983k, nike ignite, tm 580 and this driver is the best by far. have the 10.5 loft and it's a couple degrees closed (which i don't really like) but overall, this club has the best value and the best feel/sound. not like that hollow and echoing sound many 400cc+ drivers sound like, instead its a crisp and tight sound. before you buy an ignite or R5 try this driver out. chances are, you'll end up buying this club. |

Cleveland Comp 460 9.5 stiff
This is the best driver I've played and I've tried most of the latest technology. I used to have the laucher 400 and I loved it, but my shot dispersion wasn't what I liked (most likely due to the shaft). So I went to a 580 XD and lost distance but made more fairways. So I wanted to upgrade from the 580 XD and get my distance back and remain in the fairway. I have demoed the Callaway 454, Ping G2, TM R5, Launcher 460, and the Cleveland Comp. The Cleveland Comp is hands down the best driver from this group. Long and straight. I was really dissapointed in the Callaway and the TM R5. The Ping G2 would be my second choice behind the Clevelands. I personally have not found a driver that I can hit farther than the Clevelands and the Comp is also extremely forgiving and straight. Cleveland has another winner and this is the best driver I have ever hit. Customer Service not needed. Similar Products Used: Lancher 400 & 460, TM 580XD and R5, Callaway 454, Ping G2 |

Cleveland 460 Comp driver
I just purchased the 460 Comp. It is 9.5 degrees with a regular NV shaft. I hit it several times on the range and played my first round with it. It is the best driver I have played. I was playing the Cleveland 4to Launcher (also NV shaft)and really liked it. I think the Comp is easier to hit and I get a little more distance. It seems to just fly off the club face and has great hang time. It seems to stay in the air forever. I missed only two fairways on the holes I hit the driver (10). I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a driver that is easy to hit and gets very good distance. It would have been nice if the price were around $300 and not $379.
