I bought the Ft9 10 degree neutral with regular flex used from the Callaway outlet. I had a terrible slice and considered buying the draw model, but I decided to go with the neutral and work on my swing instead of compensating with the draw model. I am glad I went with the neutral. I hit this club straight almost every time. |

This driver is scary long and very playable. I can work this club left and right at ease or simply just pound the ball straight down the middle. It has very nice balance and a pleasing sound at impact, but buy it for the way it plays and you won't be dissapointed. Similar Products Used: TM-7,Cleveland Hi Bore |

Callaway FT 9 tour driver 8.5* with PRO65 shaft
Advantages : very low spin rate below 2600. Perfect lanch angle. Maximum distance for swingspeed. reasonably forgiving. Disadvantages: not that easy to work right to left .. probably a good thing as my bad shot is a hook with a driver. |

Traditional look. Forgiving on off-center hits, but it definitely has a sweet spot. When hit flush, it has a different tone and the ball comes off the face very hot. Similar Products Used: Previous driver was Big Betha 460 |

I bought this club off Callaway Preowned. Like new, and only miss hit 1 drive when I went out yesterday for the first time with it. Hit Longer and straighter than I ever have. It is the first decent Driver I have owned and I freakin love it. Customer Service Callaway Preowned were awesome. I ordered on Monday and it got to Perth Australia in 4 days from the states. |

Sold the FT-3 on e-bay for what I paid at the beginning of the season. Was looking for more distance. Fooled around with the Ping Rapture - Couldn't hit it straight. Bought & kept the TM R-7 for 2 weeks, that was a disaster for me. Got the Callaway FT-9 last week. Have only smacked a few buckets at the range Verdict: Longer than the FT-3. Straighter that the Ping or Taylormade. Has a nice solid sound at ball impact. Looks good at address, lines up easy. Now let's see if I can actually play well with it! Customer Service Another E-bay purchase. Cheap, fast, faceless. Similar Products Used: You name it, I've bought and sold it. Fickle is my middle name. |

Played a full round with my new FT-9 yesterday. First drive of the day, no warm up, exactly where I aimed it and the longest drive of the day. Just goes to show a smooth swing produces the best results. This driver is terrific and I love the idea that I can interchange the shaft if I feel like a change or find a better shaft. Love the shape, the feel and the sound. Feel very confident over the ball. Just got to sort out the swing now and I know I'll be hitting good drives more consistently with this great club. Customer Service Good customer service to date. Similar Products Used: EVERYTHING! Srixon (great), Titleist, Taylormade (overated), Nike, PING (awesome), Cobra etc etc etc. |
