ERC II 10* firm shaft
I bought this club for my dad for father's day, and took it out and tested it. I have a naturally high ball flight, so the 10* of loft produced VERY high shots... probly could have backed one up on a 300 yd. par 3. Other than that this club is great. Great feel, and LONG. Wow! Definitely is a great stick. Customer Service none Similar Products Used: Hawkeye VFT |

Callaway ERC II
ERC II is one amazing club. I usually hit my driver up to 250 yards but with the ERC II, I have reached 275-290 consistanly. The golf ball immediately flies off the club head. The control you have is amazing. Any mis hits will give you at least 220 yards. You cannot beat that! If you can afford this or find a good deal, buy this club. However, this club is not for beginners, any mis hits will cause damage to the hozel. Nothing beats the ERC II! Customer Service The best service EVER. Broke the ERC II and they sent me a Brand new one w/ a shaft flex I''ve requested! Similar Products Used: Taylor Made 360Ti, Nike Forged Ti Driver, |

Best Driver I''ve Ever Had(My father also uses this club and he also loves this one very much..). This review is for someone who is hasitating in selecting the right driver. I am sure anyone who buy this club will enjoy its distance, great feeling at impact, and the solid sound. I know everyone has different swing pattern, however, once you get used to this club, you will become very confident at the tee box and it will lead you to a great score ending. Highly recommand this club (Sorry my English is not good yet, but hope you understand my excitement with my new driver..) ERC II 10.5 degree
It took a while, but i''ve finally gotten to hit this thing consistantly, and man does it GO! Went to the course yesterday (5/10/02), and off the 1st tee: 339 yards (using an old Callaway Rule .35 Red)! It just flew off the clubface, and i literally lost dight of it when it came down, but it must''ve rolled a ton. Great club, glad i bought it. Sounds like an aluminum baseball bat when you hit it...and some weird duck hooks are produced...didn''t like the feel and found it unforgiving |

Didnt want to ever do this but after reading all the reviews here on the ERCII I went and traded in one of my old pings I had laying around collecting dust and $200 in cash and got this club regripped it took it to the range and what they say is true a slow controlled swing and BANG LIKE A GUNSHOT GOING OFF and straight like a Laser couldnt believe my eyes shot after shot after shot next day went to the course warmed up and let her rip 12/14 fairways 275 plus longest 303 a great fun club thanks Callaway Similar Products Used: PING,TAYLOR MADE, TITLEIST, INTEGRA |

ERCII
A friend of mine borrowed this club through Edwin Watts loaner program. I had always wanted to try one but the steep retail price always prevented it. So, before our round I hit the ERC II a couple of times on the range. I always find the range a horrible place to measure distance so I did not attempt to do that but I did notice how easy the club was to hit. Needless to say, I commandeered the club from my friend (he did not hit it that well anyway) and played the entire round with the ERC II. My previous driver was a War Bird 9-degree with a firm shaft. The ERC II, which I HAD to purchase, has 10-degrees with a regular flex shaft. I usually faded my old War Bird but with the ERC II I usually hit it straight or with a draw. A little research showed that the 10-degree ERC II’s have a 1-degree hook face so that explains the difference. So, the ERC II is VERY easy to hit especially if you don’t try and kill the ball. The ERC II has increased my distance by at least 20-yards. Now I have to be careful not to drive through certain fairways! I recommend this club. The only downside is the ribbing I have to take from my playing partners about using an “illegal” club. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: War Bird 9-degree |

I have had a cobra gravity back for the last two years or so, i have now tried about every driver out there but nothing compares with the erc, distance is up about 30 yards with a nice low boring flight, unlike most other drivers, and accuracy is superb. i have had the erc for three months now and after the first few hits i could not beleive the results , so when i bought it after a few rounds i was expecting the usuall drop off in performance that normally happens but this has not happened. all i can say is this is one superb club, no wonder the yanks banned it but i suppose us europeans need all the help we can get.
