Golf shoes should not be like Italian dress shoes that have to be broken in. I have worn these shoes three times and my feet ache during and after the round. Very hard upper and soles that are extremely hard to break in, pure torture. Customer Service No experience. |

I found these shoes to be excellent right out of the box. I got a great deal from TGW Through eBay. I've tried on lots of shoes at sporting goods stores to get a feel for them. These are as good as anything I tried in the $80 - $120 price range. "TGW.com" suggested on their web site that the shoes run about 1/2 size small according to some customers. So I bought 1/2 size larger and this proved to work out perfect for me. They also came with 2 velour type storage bags, a mizuno shoe horn, and a divet/spike tool, which I thought were a nice touch. These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn on or off of the golf course. I tried to return them to TGW.com, because they left huge sores on the top of my feet, but they wouldn't accept them. Mizuno did replace the shoes with another style, and I hope that they are better. They couldn't be worse! Customer Service TGW.com - terrible, will not stand behind what they sell (how am I suppossed to know if my shoes that I ordered fit if I don't take them out of the box!!! I have been using Foot Joy DryJOys for many years. These are great shoes with no breakin required. I played 9 holes walking, with the Mizuno Wave shoes and ended with painful blisters on both heels. I switched back to the FootJoys to finish the round. I understand now why these shoes were $100 off retail price at TGW. They remain in my locker until I can give them away. Great looking shoe,super comfortable and a 2 year waterproof warranty. Plus, they give you 2 shoe bags a shoe horn and ball repair tool! Took only one round to break in. Great sole traction system.
