Absolutely the worst value in golf shoes I've ever seen from the worst company in the business. No. 1 - the receiver plug for the spikes came out of my shoe after about 1 summer of use. Not just the spike, but the spike receiver. Footjoy would not warranty the shoe because they said I didn't have Footjoy spikes in the shoe. Funny, I changed the spikes to another brand after the plug came out and told them that and they basically called me a liar. That's some fine customer service. No. 2 - The soles did not hold up very well in general as the heels wore down quickly. That seems odd when you only wear these shoes on soft grass. It's not like I'm wearing them to work or running a marathon in them. And finally, No. 3, the ""leather"" on both shoes has torn right around where the foot enters the shoe just around the laces area. This is one ROTTEN PAIR OF SHOES AND ONE ROTTEN COMPANY. Footjoy is a chicken#hit company that does not stand behind their product. Obviously, it was a bad pair of shoes. They could've kept me as a customer if they'd just taken care of the THEIR mistake(s). But they chose not to. But now, they'll never get my business again and I'll tell everyone I know that will listen to NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! They deserve less than one birdie, but the Webmaster does not let you give the fairest of ratings.
