I showed up for my tee time one afternoon and realized that I'd left my golf shoes at home. So I walked into the pro shop and asked to buy a pair of the cheapest golf shoes they had (I figured I'd be wearing them only once). Little did I know that I was buying the best pair of golf shoes I'd ever owned. I went home that evening and tossed my $110 Nike's into the garbage (honest!)

These are without a doubt the most comfortable golf shoes out of the box I've ever owned! These shoes make walking 18 holes a pleasure. Highly recommended.

I own two pairs of these shoes and are the most comfortable and affordable shoes I have ever owned. Feet stay dry, and never get sore. Walked 27 one day and was still going strong. The interchangeable heel cushion is great, although I usually leave the soft one in. All in all an incredible shoe for your money.

I had just outgrown a pair of close-out dry-joys and was not very excited about having to get a pair of shoes 50 dollars less (as these only cost me 55) i was thinking that these would be like going from shox to a pair of platform shoes... but was i wrong, these are a step above any other golf shoe i have ever had, the sole of the shoe molds to your foot and is enjoyable to walk 18 in

For my first pair of golf shoes, I wanted something comfortable, inexpensive, and somewhat aesthetically pleasing. The eComfort excels in all these points and then some. I got the black/black model. You can wear these right out of the box - no break-in time required. The leather is exceptionally soft and the overall weight of the shoe is very light with either of the "cushioning plugs" that are supplied. Weight was a consideration of mine as I'm hoofing it while I am in the beginning stages of my golf development. These shoes made my 18 holes the other day a pleasure, despite the uneven terrain (the Black Widow spikes are great), despite the soaked fairways from weeks of rain (countless puddles, but no wet feet!), and despite my wayward shots. I reckon shoes are pretty important to those who walk courses, and I highly recommend these. Cheers.

Well, if the msrp of the shoe as stated here is indeed only $85, than I got ripped off--paid $100. Maybe I'm reviewing the wrong show, but the description sounds right, so here goes: A great shoe, and one of the best deals on the market--best price/performance shoe I've encountered. Unfortunately, the pair I bought felt great in the store with dry socks, and once I played nine holes and my feet sweat a bit, they started slipping on the heels--blister heaven. So I'll have to wear thicker socks from now on, but despite all this they are very nice--good looking, leather, waterproof (full year warranty), very solid terrain grip, and my favorite feature--the custom changeable soles. Playing a flat, firm course? Slip in the firmer sole. Playing a hilly course with softer grass? Playing with the soft, cushioned sole. Or whatever your personal preferences are... I believe the spikes on this shoe are called "black widows," and are footjoy's best spikes. The difference in stability whether on the tee, fairway, or green from my old Etonics is significant. Water stays out, and they look very stylish--what more could you ask for in a $100 and under golf shoe?

I have tried to get away from Footjoy by trying everything under the sun, but can't. Footjoy has always produced a good quality shoe and they have outdone their own classics. The e-comfort is light and feels great. Your feet will be full of life after your round with these. They also come with some inserts if you need the additional support. Highly recommended.

This is a great golf shoe. Traction is good, waterproofing keeps me dry, and most of all they're very comfortable. I am a walker and after a round, my feet are not as tired and sore as they used to be. These shoes are also very light. By far, the best golf shoes I've ever owned.
