The last Bite Shoes I bought were lemons. And the company Refused to exchange them. I have run 29 Marathons but have never had blisters like I had after a round of 18 with them.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever had. They felt on in the store but on the course, they feel akward and incomfortable. the wide toe box leaves way too much room for your foot to move inside the shoe. Walking up or down hills on the course and you foot moves all over the place inside the shoes.

GREAT shoes (for me). I have been having arthritic foot pain, needed a combo of shoe I could lace tight (despite having a narrow foot) and yet having large toe box. Finally, high arch support is helpful. This is the ideal shoe for me. Toe box is very wide, yet shoe itself is good for my narrow foot. Best, they give you three different inserts for arch support (and cushioning). I use one for the golf shoes and use the others in my other shoes! Two caveats. 1)They look a bit odd, esp. the wide toebox. 2)They don't necessarily "feel" supercomfortable like some shoes, but at the end of a round my feet don't hurt like they do with some other shoes that "feel" more comfortable to put on. Finally, quite pricey ($150) but worth it for me.

Customer Service

Website rather slow - took them a week to answer a simple e-mail question. Ordered direct, took about 10 days (they are on West Coast, I am on East Coast).
