Bought the golf balls because I was slicing the ball. I went out and played, and didn't slice the ball, but couldn't get a good feel of the ball or even spin a ball back on the green anymore. I was told that these balls were way too hard to play with. I bought them because of the price really. A little under $10. I think that they are crap.

junk,,junk,junk...thats why we call them ROCKFLIGHTS. Why would anyone hit this ball?

If you like hitting rocks with your club this is your ball. As for helping your slice, come on, take a lesson and don't rely on a ball to compensate. I would avoid this. The super feel is a good ball, try it instead.

Bought this ball because it was the only one in stock, and was the best value (6 sleeves to a case). However, I was in for a great surprise when I started to use it. The ball noticeably went straighter and the distance was generally unaffected, after all, it is better to lose a few yards and get it clean on the fairway, then have it far and in the trees! This ball is always an excellent choice and it has helped me lower my score and raised my confidence when playing. People have mentioned that this ball doesn't stand up to too many hits or rolls poorly on the green, but many times, I have used a single ball per game, and have had great results. One drawback though: It doesn't have a soft feel to it, but if you can easily handle adversity, you can easily use this ball and generate low scores!!!

I just wasnt feeling this ball. I found one in the middle of the course. And left it 3 holes up in the middle of the course as well. My crives werent very far, below average to average. My strata tour ace was killing it by 15 yards. I dont know if this was a bad blemish of a ball or if that was the real thing. No distance, and rock solid no spin into the green. It sucked

very good ball for the money. Bought the ball so i would have some balls to play golf with. Wasnt expecting to get this quality golfball for 15 bux canadian. First tee I landed it on the green 3 inches from hole, stopped on a dime. very nice sound and it does make your shot a bit straighter. Listen to Lee Trevino when he says you dont have to pay big bux for professional balls. PS.. Over shot the green from 150 yards away with pw. They have distance.

Excellent winter ball - I play Top Flite tours during the summer. This two piece ball spins moderately well off a crisp iron. Not a stop on the dime type of ball but certainly not a rock hard ball either. My impression is that Top Flite took their XL 2000 and put a softer cover on it. The softer cover has a drawback in durability. These balls are not very durable. I can tear off the cover with a wedge shot (especially with the U-grooves on newer irons). Decent feel on putts. Good length on drives. Excellent value for the mid to high handicapper like me.

I really have to be the differ with the other poster who said that these balls aren't any straighter. As well, I think these balls are much longer than they are given credit for not to mention that they are much more of a player's ball than the older "rock" flites. I have played Top-Flites for more than twenty years and still catch a lttle flack from other guys while at the same time I'm taking their money. As far as value goes, there's not a better ball made. As far as performance goes, a player's style of play will determine whether Top-Flite suits them best or not but Top-Flite provides several options to help if you want to still get a value price. I have actaullay always been an Extra-Long 2000 user but I didn't think that the Super-Long 3000 was as good...for me at least but the Super Straight 3000 gives me everything I want. Of course, I can't suck it back but then again, I don't want to.

All 3 balls go a mile. I've shot Super Long and Super Spin anywhere from 275 to 300. The Super Straight is not any straighter than the other two. So, don't let the letters sell you. At the end, we all know that it is the swing, not the equipment/ball. I think I really don't like about the Super Straight is that it is actually slightly larger in size than a normal golf ball. If you don't believe me, just put it side by side with any other ball or another Top Flite. All 3 balls are too hard for my liking. Of the 3 (actually 4 to incl. Super Feel) types, I liked the Super Long best. It is easily 15 to 20 yards longer off the driver than any other balls out there (and I've tried them all). Surprisingly, the Super Long can hold the green somewhat. These balls do last forever because the covers are so tough. They are also very hard feeling (takes getting used to when it comes to putting and chipping). Overall, they are good value balls.
