Got a box of 25 on clearance and now I know why they were $5. I wouldnt say they are the worst balls you can buy, but if you can bump it up a notch then do so. I saw a bargin and went for it. The hit kinda hard. I hear the XL3000 are TF's best bet. |

Weakness:
None I usually play with the strata tour professional 90, but I got a free sleeve in tournament goody bag. This is a decent midline ball. Although, the magna control is a little hard for my taste. If you hit the ball strait or can work the ball I would recommend the XL2000 exceptional spin, not as long of the tee but holds the green and putts like a dream. Plus their $16 at Wal-Mart and Target. Great Value! Similar Products Used: Strata Distance, Precept Tour Advantage |

Weakness:
None Very good balls for the money (see price paid). Great feel on greens, very good control/feel off irons. Highly reommended for the money. The balls couldn''t contain the slice off my driver but, in their defense, I haven''t found a ball that could. Similar Products Used: None |

None I call it my chevy ball -- like a rock! The two boxes I bought have been relegated to the backyard for hitting into the net. This is the worst ball I''ve hit. Similar Products Used: Pinnicle, Maxfli, Nike, Titleist, Wilson |

Top Flight XL2000 Magna control
I bought these and wilson smart-core straight control after playing anything cheap or found. I bought them both based on their boast of keeping the ball straight reducing hooks and slices. The Magna's arent to bad but i feel the better of the two is the Wilson's. The Magna is a harder ball and more inclined to move sideways than the Smart Cores. That being said I still think the XL2000 is a good ball. It does help some and it is cheap. Good for a weekend duffer or someone looking to improve themselves. After reading the many good reviews on this ball, I decided to give it a try. Played last night and got the best 9 hole score I have ever had. The drives were very straight with good distance. And compared to other things I have read the ball was very good around the greens, putted pretty well but it was a little difficult to judge the distances. Highly recommend this ball, drives long and straight and is perfect for players who score in the 90's-100's. Similar Products Used: Never really cared what I was hitting before this year. |
