Just wrote a review on the Titleist DT Distance but I have to say that the Titleist is a better ball than this. Although at this price I'll probably use it for a short course and pitch-and-putt. |

Driver : Definitely 10-20 yards shorter than Premium control balls. But has enough carry and moderate roll. Side-spin is not as bad as expected. Able to work the ball ok. Feel : Muted, not soft. Pleasant on well struck shots. Trajectory : Medium. Forgiveness : NOT. Irons and Wedges : Abount half a club shorter, but control is excellent. 7-iron shots fly 145 yards and sits where it lands. Very workable ball - fade, draw, stinger, knock-down - all possible. Half-wedge and Chipping : One of its best strenghts. Excellent for scrammbling. Excellent greenside control. Putting : Putts TRUE, but muted. Enables aggressive putting. Good distance control. Overall : Good control ball with adequate distance. Allows aggressive short game. Not very forgiving, however...well struck shot will reward you with realistic chance for a birdie, but poorly struck shot will make you scrammble for a bogey. |

Very decent ball for the price. I can feel the ball spin of my short irons and wedges. I also liked the feel putting and chipping. On a full shot the ball stops dead on the green. Distance is good and durability is OK considering that it has a softer cover. Now that this ball is being discounted because the XL 3000 version of it is available it is an excellent value. |

The absolute best ball for the money. About $15 for 15 plus and extra sleave of Strata Professional Balata. Fairly soft feel, decent distance, nice spin with irons and wedges, and putts well. This is my every day ball. I imagine 90% of the golfers out there can't tell the difference between this and some of the $3-$4 balls. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. Customer Service Not used. Similar Products Used: I have used just about every ball ever made. |

This ball is pretty average... It has decent distance of the tee and only average spin from 7 iron and in. It does putt nicely though. Definately try them out if you are looking for a cheap average ball. |

Try them! Plenty of distance, and really good spin characteristics. Can stop a 7 iron on the green from 150 yards within a few feet. Feel off the putter is also nice. Probably not the best in any catagory ... but good in all for the cost. Similar Products Used: TopFlite Z-Balata, Titlist NXT Tour Distance |
