NEW 2995 PRO V1
ATTENTION OLD FARTS!!!! WELL, HERE IT IS. I'M 63, SWING SPEED AT 88 ON A GOOD DAY, AND THE PRO V1 IS STILL THE BEST BALL OUT THERE. BELIEVE ME I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL. JUST LEFT NIKE ONE'S TO GO BACK TO TITLEIST. THEY ARE A GOOD 15-20 YARDS LONGER AT ABOUT 88m.p.h. AND THERE IS NO NEED TO COMPARE THEM WITH ANY BALL WHEN IT COMES TO SPIN, CONTROL AND STOP.NO CONTEST. PRO V1+++++ AS TO COST, I WOULD RATHER HAVE A $4.00 BALL IN THE FAIRWAY OR ON THE GREEN THAN A $1-2 BALL IN THE WOODS OR WATER. ALSO IF YOU ARE INCLINED TO WAGER A SMALL SUM, THAT $1. BALL CAN COST YOU A SLEEVE OF PRO V1"S. GOOD LUCK. Customer Service NO NEED Similar Products Used: EVERY BALL MADE IN THE LAST 52 YEARS. |

Very good ball but way overpriced. To all the other reviewers this is supoosed to be a site for V1, not the X. The ProV1 (particularly the X) is now old technology that has been superseded by other balls eg.HX tour, Revo II, Utri tour etc. The only thing these other balls haven't superseded is the ridiculous price Titleist charges. They obviously need to recoup the huge amounts of money they throw at tuor lyers to play these balls somehow. Only a complete sap would pay full price for these. Only gave them a 1 for value because there was no -10. |

Pro V1x 332
I recently bought a dozen of the Pro V1x 332 before a group of 16 of my friends and I went to Myrtle Beach for a golf trip. We played 5 rounds in 4 days. I played very well and found the ball to have a great feel of the club head. It doesn't feel like you are hittig a rock like some long balls do. I seemed to hit the ball with a higher trajectory but when it comes down it lands soft with not too much spin. I hit my first hole in one yesterday with the last ball in the last sleeve. It was the best 5 iron I have ever hit and I have to believe my new found ball had something to do with it. I will be buying another dozen before I play again. Thank you Titleist, Brian Livingston |

Pro V1X
I bought a sleeve of the Pro V1X balls at the course just to see if there was any difference from the original ProV. The original was ok, but I switched to the Maxfli A10. Well they quit making the A10 so the new ball search is on. Or was! The Pro VX is astounding! At first I was worried that I might need a swing speed of 115 to play this ball, but my 100mph works just fine. Only missed one fairway at a very tight So. Cal. course with moderate winds 10-15 mph. Hit some very long drives with this ball, and it bores through the wind. Was very pleased with how this ball reacts around the green, and it chips very well. Want to scoot it, it scoots. Want to flop it, it flops. It has a very nice crisp feel. Not hard like a distance ball, but not too soft. Only things is it's taking a bit of time to get used to the feel off the putter. It's a lively ball, and many putts were long, or short when trying not to be too long. That may take some work, and if putting this ball works out, it's in da bag! Customer Service Not used. This is the first review of any kind I have ever writen. I feel that strongly about this ball. It is as advertised by Lefty. This ball is crazy long. My driver speed is between 115 and 118, and I normally hit it about 285. This ball is every bit of 20+ yards longer off the driver. It does not spin near as much as the ProV which takes a little getting used to. Feel is average for the new 3-4 piece high end balls out there. Worth every dime if you like to take it deep with high club head speed. Customer Service I did have one ball out of my last sleeve come out with no printing at all on it. That was slightly disconcerting when I got to the first tee, looked down and told my group I would be playing a blank ball. Similar Products Used: You name, I've tried it. |

If you swing it, it will go... And go far it will, all I can tell you is WOW! These balls are truly unbelieveable, the distance is amazing and they are easily controlled around the greens, they are a perfect fit for someone who goes after the ball and is not one to lay up short. If you like to be long off the tee and can swing the club with authority look no further they are a tremendous asset to your game. Worth every penny, but remember these balls are for your better golfers and will only benefit those of us guys who swing at the 100mph and up level... Well good luck and happy hacking...
