The Professional offers me excellent trajectory [lower] combined with the spin and softness needed for the scoring game. Worth the high price when attempting to play your very best. Similar Products Used: None |

Hands down the best liquid-center, 3-piece ball on the market today. Great distance, outstanding feel & terriffic spin on the green. Cover has better feel off the clubface than Balata. As with all Titleist balls, this one's a bit expensive if you lose more that 1 or 2 per round. Similar Products Used: None |

This is a great ball. This ball has a great soft feel and spins very well on short irons. Pretty durable but not as durable as the tour distance.(but then again, the tour distance doesn't feel as soft.) These are expensive so get x-outs if you can find them. This is a great all around ball, probably the second best all-around ball out there for mid to low handicappers like me. When they came out, as I recall, they were really the cat's meow. However, the Maxfli Revolution is just as good a ball and the brand new Precept Tour Premium (aka, Nike Tour Accuracy) is an even better ball...especially considering the price! I used to be big on these...but all but the most rabid Titleist fans owe it to themselves to try the new Tour Premium, I think they'll be impressed....and the prices of Professionals will come down even further as a result! I had read that this is a great ball and, of course, many of the pros use it, as well. So I just got back from playing a round with them and I am very impressed! As most of the reviews have mentioned, the Professional is slightly shorter off the tee (compared to a Surlyn covered ball, anything is), but the spin and "workability" of this ball really make it a great value. Yeah, it's pricey-- but I had several shots today that held the green that would not have with a Surlyn ball, so I think this ball is worth it. Similar Products Used: You name it, I've played it the last 25 years. |

This ball is soft, and long, and the only part about this part about this ball is if you have a tendency to slce or hook the ball, well when you get this ball it will get even bigger since it was made to be able to be worked you can putm tons of backspin on it, but also a ton of side spin. I don't really find that Professionals give me much better performance than other balls, but there a couple of things about them that are really great. First of all, they are simply the best looking ball around. The cover somehow looks "richer" than the cover on any other ball. I don't know what it is exactly but the Professional covers have exactly the right amount of gloss and translucency. They just look better lying on the ground in front of you. This is a purely psychological point, but it does add to my enjoyment of the game. Similar Products Used: The Maxfli HT is similar----the Titleist has a slightly more consistant feel, however. |

A great ball, good distance off your driver(flat peak trajectory), great feel, durability, and above average green side spin and control, this ball does everything and is worth the $12 a sleeve or $40 a dozen. This is the number one played ball on the PGA Tour among other professional tours and for those of you who follow golf you get a great look at the various conditions that tour players are forced to deal with, you may not be able to adapt or play as well as a tour player does but that does not mean this is not a great ball for you. Customer Service Titleist offers an Interactive ball fitting CD-ROM and is great for finding out which ball is best for your game, if you or a friend wish to make this avalible to yourselves then you can e-mail Titleist at cdrom@titleist.com Similar Products Used: Maxfli,Precept, and wilson smart core |

This has got to be the best ball ever invented. It is incredibly soft on the putter and wedges. Produces great spin and soft feel without giving up the distance like the Tour Balata. Similar Products Used: Maxfli Revolution, Stratas |
