Great ball. It's the best in the business. But, I can never tell these days since the other manufacturers are trying hard to compete by make a ball similar.

So it's the best on the market, but also the most expensive.

Customer Service

Never dealt with them.

i used to play cheaper balls. I typically drove a maximum of 250 yds, not very accurately either. I borrowed a pro v from my friend and hit 300yds uphill, maybe the ball does matter

I read some of these reviews and have to chuckle. There's talk about all the different ways the v-1 spins...left , right, back, and the frustration because of it.The answer is simple...It just may not be the ball for you. It's cool I guess, to say when someone asks, " what ball are you playing ? " And your response is, " Pro- v-1. Do your self a favor and find a ball that suits your game, and I garantee you'll be in the short grass more often and score much better... To say nothing about the money you save. There's plenty of new high tech balls out there that can help....Just a thought for when you score several shots higher than you'd like.

Too much spin. When I play these balls, they are nice off the tee, feel great on chips, and feel great on puttts, but on the full iron shots, these balls bounce BACKWARDS and loses me 3 feet on my approaches. That may not be much, but 3 footers aren't guaranteed; pros miss them sometimes. It might suit other players who don't spin it as much, but the price is still a factor.

Come on Titleist, exhorbitant pricing, no real distinction from lesser priced competing balls and awful susceptibility to scuffing. Callaway preceded you making balls "seamless" but you do that, put a small line on the ball and increase the price $5? You've lost me as a purchaser of your golf balls.

I tried these hoping not to like them because of the high cost. This is no golf fib. Well! These balls did nothing but create more of a golfing addict then I had been. Since trying the balls Ive added at least 15 yards to every drive. 10 yards to highbrids and irons and scored at least for more points per round.Ive never broken 90 yet but am desperately close and consistantly low 90s. I started two years ago but am a real addict and play 3 times a week with 1 practice day to boot. I also took real lessons even though I still cant kick the new club romance. Although expensive the balls are the best Ive ever hit. Ive tried about 12-15 others. Although expensive they do last well as numerous other reviewers have pointed out. I guess I dont mind their expense since they are clearly better then all other balls Ive tried. My income is modest however I appreciate the best golf balls available. I also wouldnt hesitate to spend more money for a good meal. If you do hit a bad slice or hook it will most likely be even worse with these balls due to high spin rate but the good balls are the best in the business as far as I know.

Customer Service

Not too good. i requested that they accept my 250 brand new other brand balls as even trade for 2 dozen of theirs. they woudnt even give me the time of day....just kidding:)

I was given a free sleave of the balls to try on the course. It felt good off of all of the clubs, but the spin isn't what it is cracked up to be. I backed a few up on the green on short Par 3's that I used a high loft with. Overall great ball, but I won't spend the money to buy them

Hands Down BEST GOLF BALL around.
Longest ball out there.
softest ball out there.
stops AND spins easily.
true roll on the greens.
the only negative is it is so darn expensive. if you want a similar ball for much less cost check out the maxfli noodle long & soft. but still the pro v1 is a little better, but for saving the price it feels good.
