I did not like this ball at all. It just did not get any distance. I am a 19 handicap and maybe this is not the ball for me, but my swing speed is 110 mph and yet this ball would not get the distance I got with Nike One Blacks. I also did not do well around the greens. |

Not quite at the level of the Pro V1x, but close enough considering the money you save. The NXT is about half as expensive as the Pro V1 balls, and has many of the same characteristics as the Pro V1x, high speed low spin. This ball is very long and VERY controlable. And like the Pro V1x you can go right at the pin without worry of backspin or heavy roll. My wife recently surprised me with 6 dozen Pro V1x's, which will last me a very long time, but if I was paying out of my pocket, I would probably go with the NXT. It's basically 2 for 1, and a very similar ball to boot. Similar Products Used: Pro V1x, Pro V1, too many other inferior balls to name |

I just bought a pack of top flite 3000's a couple of weeks ago. Hated them. Hardest balls I have ever played. I Went into the proshop looking for a softer ball that I could use for short shots seeing as I was playing at a par 3 only course. Went out to the practice green and was chipping everything to within 2 feet. Made a couple of long putts, and if i didnt sink it it was close. Nice feeling of my clubs, you can really feel it when you hit the ball nicely, unlike the top flites. I shot 7 shots better than what I hit with my top flites, that is a big improvement on a par 54 course. This ball is great for your short game, and it even has some distance. I started a round with Callaway HX Red 2 piece balls I lost 5 of them. I wasn't hitting well and was hooking my Driver. I limped in to the Pro shop at the turn after shooting a 51 for 9 holes and asked the Pro which ball had no spin. Even though the Callaways aren't excessive spinners, you do have to hit them right. He said the NXT was a good ball. I've always hated titleist balls. I tried all the DT's, Tours, Professionals, and Pro V1's. I only liked the Pro V1's, but I'm really not good enough to play them. I had 2 choices: Wilson Jacks or The NXT's. I chose the NXT's. On 10 tee, I made the same hook swing. But this time it was a slight draw. It landed in the fairway. Hole after hole, the ball didn't spin off into the woods. It stayed relatively straight. It has a nice feel off the irons and it will stop on the greens within 5 - 10 feet of the ball mark. The greens were dry but I haven't tried them yet on hard baked greens. They will probably release a little more. I don't care though I hit every fairway on the back 9 and shot 4 over par. Quite a significant turn around. I love this ball! It's a great game improvement ball. Similar Products Used: Everything but the Strata Ace. |

NXT Distance
This ball is incredible. If you are aggressive off the tee this ball is a must-try! I averaged 270 with the Tour Distance SF. I am blasting this one about 300, including my all time best 335 yarder. I am consistently hitting lob wedge in on par 4's (white tee). My friend said my distance was like something on "cartoon golf". Another called it an "illegal ball". Both are going to buy the ball after trying one. I received 2 to try for free. Basically, I'm hooked. Putts soft but a little hard to stop on chips. Definately worth it though!
