Great ball!I find the tour ball to be much softer and workable than the distance model. I like them a lot. They roll true and stick well with my wedges. I like them alot. Precept extra didstance balls are good too but for the money i'd take the titleist

Absolutely terrible ball. I can hit a boulder with my driver and get a softer feel. These things are like solid titanium balls- harsh feel with zero playability from anywhere on the golf course. I can't believe Titleist would release something so cheap!!!

I'm a big fan of the Titleist NXT Tour -- so there I was at Coscto and bumped into a brick wall of HVCs for $18.99 a dozen. I tossed a box into my cart. These aren't very good balls. The things feel like rocks when you hit them -- even when you putt. They seem to be as long as NXT Tours -but even a good shot feels horrible. I played 18 holes with two HVC Tours, and I can remember only two good shots that felt nice - even though I hit a bunch of 'good' shots. On the positive side, they bite much better with short irons than the NXT Tours. If you like the NXT Tours and have this whelming desire to try the HVC Tours because they're five or six bucks cheaper --- control yourself.
