This ball is fantastic - now my standard playing ball. It's good points are: 1.It's long. I have hit this against the ProV1x, and the Srixon is slightly longer - only 5 yards or so, but that is consistent. 2.It's straight. The ball really flies well, with or without wind. Seems to reduce the severity of any hooks or slices that may creep into the game. 3.It's soft. It is really quite soft - when you hit it, it feels like a ProV1, or other premium 3 piece ball. 4.Good spin characteristics. I find this to spin like a ProV1x as well. An example - both these balls if struck by me nicely with a 7 iron will land on the green, and go forward about a foot or so. If struck well with a 9 iron, they both stop on their divot mark. A pitching or gap wedge, and they spin back nicely a foot or so. 5.IT'S CHEAP! (relatively) 6.It's as durable as any other. It also feel pretty good for putting - again similar to ProVIx. I prefer the new Callaway HX Tour for the ultimate all round performance ball (all of above points, plus feels better putting), but the price means I only use those babies if there's a special game on. The rest of the time, I think the Srixon AD333 is the best all round ball you can get for your money.
