All reviews here are justified..terrific all around ball and cheap ($25 @ Roots & Relics)..long/longer than Pro V1 & V1x, although my swing speed is probably too slow to get max outta Titleists..nice soft feel around greens and when putting..darn durable, too..very little scuffing even after hitting cart path! Gotta give it a try especially for price! Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Pro V1, V1x, |

Another sparkling review of this ball. Absolutely the best bang for the buck by FAR. Not much else to say since most has been covered. I use this along with the U-tri extra distance. The tour feels a tad nicer and while the extra distance usually does a hop and stop, the tour will spin like a drunk ballerina. If you can control the spin, you'll love it! Well, you'll love the ball anyway, I'm guessing. Recently, while teamed up with my 540xd, I hit the longest drives ever by about 20 yards and the ball was still playable after 14 holes (I lost it in the drink). Happy hitting! Customer Service I called up Precept for a headcover I lost and the shipped one out fast at no cost. I assume they would be helpful in other cases. I feel this ball should be considered in the top 3-4 balls now available on the market along with the ProV1/ProV1x and the Callaway HX Tour. For me, distance is comparable to the X and HX, and clearly longer than the Nike One. Holds it's line in the wind as well as the X, but maybe not quite as well as the HX. However, checks up better than the HX and X, and seems comparable to the regular ProV. Has a really nice feel off short irons and the putter - softer for sure than the "clickier" X and Tour Ace. Smears a little bit on hard wedge shots, again about the same as the X, but less than the Regular ProV or HX. Last year I played the X most of the time and switched to the HX at the beginning of this year for tournament play. I bought the U-Tri as an inexpensive "daily driver" after a favorable Hot List review in Golf Digest, and have been using it for all my rounds since. Probably would not have tried it if the price was comparable to the Titleists or Callaway, but it isn't and that's the best part. I have to agree with all of you. Thank you for the good reviews. I went out and got some and tried this ball over the weekend. I tried the U-Tri Distance a few months ago and was not blown away. I've never really been a big Bridgestone (Precept) fan anyway. As far as I'm concerned, when your best ball has historically been a ball called "LADY", you've got problems. But all y'all said to try this ball, so I did. The U-Tri Tour is a sweeeeeeeeet ball. No crap. If this ball had a Titleist logo on it and sold for the same price, I don't think any of the other golf ball companies would ever sell another golf ball. I was able to play two balls for most of my round, and compare it side by side with a few others that I play with regularly (Pro V1, Pro V1X, Maxfli A10, Hogan). The U-Tri Tour seems to have the best of all of the endearing qualities of all of these balls without the draw-backs (i.e. The Pro V1 loses some driving distance, the Pro V1X loses some iron spin, the A10 can spin too much off the driver and get away from you, the Hogan putts like a dried up bird turd). I would play this U-Tri Tour ball in a death match. I was really impressed by this ball. Really, really good driver distance. Great control and trajectory, great putting ball, and a good stopper on the greens. And the cover's durability is phenomenal. I've been waiting and waiting for the release of the new Maxfli Revolution Tour, but I think I have my new ball. Similar Products Used: Ball junkie |

As most have said, I tried this ball after reading all the positive reviews. I usually hit the maxfli A10. I had stocked up before they disappeared. I was running low and was looking for a replacement. Glad I found these! Putting is comparable to the A10. Spins a lot less off the Driver, which has helped a lot. Im seeing comparable action on greens with full wedge shots and seems a bit more durable then A10's. Good feel on chips, but I guess that is relative. First time using the ball exclusively in a round and scored a 79 today. Im sold. Similar Products Used: Maxfli A3, M3, A10 Strata Professional |

I had to try these balls after reading the reviews and boy am I glad I did. I couldn't get over how great the ball performed from tee to green. Distance was as good as any I've played and it did a good job holding on the greens. I must admit the biggest surprise came with the putter. The ball felt great and rolled true on some fairly uneven greens. I love this ball and its priced alot less than other high end balls at $27.00 a dozen. Give this one a try. Best ball on the market, bar none. Very long off the tee (on a swing tester at 98mph longer than any other premium ball, 8yrds longer than pro v1x). Prov1x might be longer at high swing speeds if you believe the hype, but I've used both and found them both longer than the rest. Great ball flight. Soft, solid feel off the clubface. Spins at least as good as a pro v1, particularly around the greens. True roll off the putter. Very durable. $20 a dozen cheaper. Choosing this ball is a no brainer Similar Products Used: All premium and mid range balls. |

This is a remarkable and awesome ball. Read the reviews here and bought a sleeve. Was not disappointed and ball performed extremely well. Launches and flies like a cruise missile. Low spin and good distance. Great around the greens..wedge shots really stick and putts are sooo smooth. The ball is very scuff resistent as well. I second all that has been said here about this ball save one review. This ball makes me want to play to the best of my ability. In other words, bring my game up to the quality level of this golf ball. Try a sleeve and I don't think you will be disappointed. Great for all handicappers, enjoy! Customer Service Not needed. I usually shoot in the high 80's or low 90's. I am not a scratch golf to any extent, but this ball can be played by any handicap because it has what most amateur golfers need , low spin off the driver and high wedge spin. It is very long of the driver, its does indeed stick to the greens. Equip2golf.com actually does comparisons of distance and spin betwen balls. The greatest thing about this ball, unlike other balls, no matter where you hit the ball, it feels the same, its seemless, there are no hard and soft spots. I would highly recommend this ball. I have just started to play regularly (twice a month) on a difficult course with bent grass. I used to shoot in the 90's and now I struggle to break 100. Thanks to Rick and his review, I took the plunge, bought a sleeve of these balls and I love them. WOW, even with my average swing speed (85-90 MPH), I get plenty of distance. The ball goes straight, putts well and sticks to the green. I am a good ball stricker but I am having to learn how to play the course and score. But these balls have given me the confidence to play the game and improve my scoring. I had a blind shot coming up on an elevated green, I hit a pitching wedge from the sand about 100 yards away. My boss was standing by the green and he said the ball hit the fringe with a down slope and the ball was still able to spin back about 10 yards. I have never been able to do that and I still have not seen it. So, if you are a high handicapper, with a slow swing speed and want to try out a premium ball that is better than the high priced ones, by a sleeve and try them for yourself. I normally don't lose too many balls but if you do, you will try your hardest not to lose these gems. Customer Service I went on the Precept site and sent an e-mail asking what "higher swing speed" meant. The site said that it would take 5-10 business days for a response and I have yer to hear from them and it has been almost four weeks.
