This is the ball. I have had trouble breaking par with everysingle golfball out there, so i tried this ball one mourning with my foursome not noing what to expect. what i got was a ball that spun sooooo much that i hit my nine iron 10 feet over the flag and it spun back to the flag, easy bird. no ball i have ever hit went this far and spun so much, it is like hitting a tour balata 90 mixed with a 110 dunlop ball. so i finally broke par (71) with this ball only because when my distince control was off it would spin back to the flag. everyone who is anyone should experment with this ball and play it, but it is not for people who are not in the 73-76 scoring range. it just spins

Model Reviewed: TA TW

Received a dozen as a gift, but Tiger's version of the TA is not for me. Too much spin off the driver unless you can generate enough clubhead speed to fully compress it. Probably need at least 110 mph clubhead speed. Way too high for 99% of us. Cover scuffs and peels too easily also. Ball is pretty much unusable after 2 or 3 holes. For those players who want to pay $50 bucks to play a ball not suited for them, go ahead. But the ProV, Strata and Maxfli are much better alternatives.

All they are is bridgestone(A.K.A)precept/tour premium with Phil Knight's swoosh on it. If I didn't get eight figures to play them i would save $8.00 bucks a/dz. P.S. call nike's coustmer service # and ask them where thier ball factory is if you tkink I am kidding......................

Nike makes a great ball. They go pretty far and stick on greens excellent. Their not even to expensive. It is definately in what i think the best ball behind th callaways and pro v1 and professional.

Model Reviewed: TA

I agree with other reviews about the durability of the cover. Too soft, shavings scrape off ball after a couple of holes which is irritating for a premium priced ball. Too bad because the feel, flight and amazing spin from this ball are solid. A shade better than the ProV1 which is also good despite the hype.

The best things about the TA is the putting feel. This ball rolls so true it hurts. I play the shaved ball because it saves me strokes on the putting green. Ugly but it works.

I may try the TA Tw when I run out of these just to see if the cover holds up. The higher swing speed requirement makes a little leary though. I wonder if Nike will release the David Duval ball soon because of his British Open win.

Bottom line: TA is a birdie, but would be an ace if the cover were as durable as the ProV1's. Low value rating given because of price point vs. cover durability

this is a good ball that can inspire confidence around the greens. of course you would have to shoot low eighties or lower to tell. these balls, not incredibly long, but spin like a ball of this calliber should, sand shot with 10 ft of green to work with, hah, no problem!!it doesn''t scuff anymore than any of titliest''s premium balls
