Golf's best kept secret. Diamond in the the rough. I played with both V1* and the A10 today to see which of the two was better. Hands down, no question in my mind, the MAXFLI A10 is best ball in the market today. This ball is the "Noodle" ball in disguise. It's very long and extremely soft. What more do you need in a golf ball? If you want the advantage, don't tell anyone about the MAXFLI A10's.I

Golf's best kept secret. Diamond in the rough (literally). I played a full round with the V1* and the Maxfli A10 to see which was truly the better ball. Hands down, no question in my mind, the MAXFLI A10 is the best ball out there in the market today. The A10 explodes off the club face giving you more distance without sacrificing any feel or softness around the greens for those tough finese shots. I tell all my friends to buy the V1*'s giving me the slight advantage in the end. I've tried them all and I'm glad to say, Maxfli has done it again.e

I've been playing the ProV1 for about a year now but i found some of the new A10s for $18 w/ logos so i decided to try them. The A10 is a little longer than the prov1 but the prov1 spins better. I'm not a real long hitter but i'd still rather sacrifice a few yards for the better feel i get with the prov1. the prov1 feels like it's tied to a string for me and i don't quite get that feel from the a10. both balls are really durable for premium balls but i prefer the prov1. i think the a10 would be a better ball for people who shoot 80 or higher. not being a golf snob, that's just the way it is. contrary to other reviewers, my short irons go lower with the prov1. overall, i think the a10 is a terrific ball but i prefer the prov1.

I had the pleasure to play a round with the Maxfli A-10. This is a very good golf ball that delivers on distance and on bite. In my honest opinion, this is the ball that you play when you REALLY need another 5-10 yards...tourney, outing, rounds with the boss, etc. For my game, limited as it is, I am still partial to the Maxfli Noodle because they cost less. For the better players, the A-10 will suit you just fine. Buy a sleeve of each and you be the judge !

I switched to the A-10 last summer when it came out. I used to play the regular Maxfli Revoltion, but wanted something a bit longer and more durable. I tried the failed Revolution solid, didn't care for it. The Nike was a bit hard and got chewed up too fast for me. The Pro V1 tended to baloon on the short irons for me with way too much spin, although they were long off the tee. The A-10 is a very well balanced mix of all the features I look for in a ball. It's not the longest, nor the highest spinning, nor the most durable, but just about right. And it feels very good off the putter. If I could tweak it just a bit, I would reduce the spin rate a fraction and hopefully get a couple of more yards out of it, and I do get scuff marks on it off of full short irons and wedges. But given the whole package, it is very, very hard to beat this ball.

I normally just read reviews from this web site but I think this particular product deserves a review. For the past few months, I've been trying different golf balls in search for the best ball for my game. I tried different models from Titleist, Srixon, Callaway, Nike, Wilson, Precept and Maxfli. Among all the balls that I've tested, the Maxfli A10, Nike Tour Accuracy and Titleist Pro V1 were the three that I considered. I exclusively used these three balls in the past couple of months so that I can further compare them. Conclusion: I hit my longest drives with the Maxfli A10. I found it to be the softest feeling ball of the three. It feels sooooo good putting with this ball (reminds me of a balata ball). For some reason, I also found this this ball to be very forgiving (if there is such a thing as a forgiving ball). I produced acceptable results with this ball even when I miss-hit it. It seems to stay on its line very well. It does not over exaggerate your hooks or slices, which is surprising for a high spin ball. On the greens, this ball BITES like crazy (even on firm ones). It usually stops where it lands (if not a few inches around it). It's a great ball for the short game. I believe that this is one of the best (if not the best) all around ball in the market today. In addition to its playability, the A10 is also very durable. In fact, I used one ball for about three rounds until I lost it. The A10 is Looooong off the tee, SOOOFT on the greens and it's very DURABLE! What else do you want in a golf ball? The Nike Tour Accuracy is my second choice. The only real problem I have with the Nike is the durability. It looks old after a few holes but overall a great ball. I little less distance off the tee. The Pro V1 is also a good ball but it felt hard compared to the A10 and TA. The trajectory was a bit high for me. Durability is better than the TA. Distance is great but I hit the A10 longer. Everyone should at least try this ball once. It may be a little expensive ($37.00 a dozen) but its durability compensates for that. My search is over! A10 is the ball!

I've tried several premium balls in the last two years in search of a replacement for the titleist professional. The A10 is the best one yet. Soft, long, with good spin and much better durability than any other ball I've tried.

I tried the Pro V1 and I didn't think it was right for my game. The ball's trajectory is too high for me, although the spin and putting is very nice. I didn't notice any added distance with it either. Then I saw the A-10's in the pro shop. I had a gut feeling about it and bought a sleeve. All I have to say is damn! This ball is very long, putts very nice, and responds the way you want it to with the short irons. Durability is awesome and I used one ball for 17 holes until I lost it on the 18th, I tried to hold back the tears. I played this ball versus the Pro V1 and it averaged nearly 10-15 yards longer. I averaged in the 280's when I used this ball which is much better than 270's. When I caught it good, I'm going for the 500+ yard par 5's in two. Nice trajectory, nice feel, and very hot off the driver face. I recommend this ball to anyone who's ready to step up their level of play. The only drawback to this ball is you better be prepared to shed a few tears should you lose one.

This has been my ball of choice so far this season after playing the Strata Pro for the last two years. To me, the A-10 is the best combination of length and feel I have ever played. And it is far more durable than previous Maxfli products. I don't know why this ball isn't getting more hype, becuase it is fantastic. Let all the other lemmings flock to the Pro V1*, the A-10 is all I need.

Excellent ball that makes a very long distance from tee with low spin rate. With shorter irons the spin increases and compared to the Pro V1 the A10 feels a lot softer. The A10 ball is great to play 18 holes with and it is hard to see on the ball that you just played 18 holes with it. The price could be a little cheaper but since this properly is the best ball on the market it costs.
