Callaway Warbird Balls

Callaway Warbird Balls

DESCRIPTION

Now take that sorry excuse for a ball you've been toying with and trade it in for the Warbird golf ball. It's built long and powered by Callaway Golf technology to reward you with everything you want in a ball, and nothing you don't. The Warbird golf ball is a two-piece distance ball, power-packed with value and a firm 90 compression core. The testosterone … we mean tungsten-fueled rubber engine gives you greater ball velocity at impact for distance you've only dreamed about. It's wrapped in a tough cover made of ionomer. Don't worry about how to pronounce it - just know that it makes the Warbird a really looooong, durable ball. If you must impress your friends, ionomer (that's pronounced eye-ON-uh-mer) reduces spin and increases ball speed on driver and long iron shots. It also gives you excellent cut-proof and scuff-resistant durability, so no matter how hard you hit it, it still looks good. Now beat it, and have a nice flight.

Like many of the reviews have stated, this ball is long. After playing several rounds with the bird, I find it hard to go back to Strata because of the distance lost. Yes this ball might not have the feel of some of the more expensive ones. But I think the extra distance more than compensates for the lost feel

I bought the Warbird golf balls when I wanted to get the HX Blue balls, but found out they were 40 dollars! I saw the warbirds right under them and decided to try them. They are a very straight ball. I was amazed that I didn't slice the ball as violently as I used to! But they are not perfect. I didn't notice any more distance with them. They also get grass stained very easily. I like to keep my balls clean and I couldn't wash some of the marks. My balls did get scuffed and cut, but not as bad as you would think. Otherwise, a very good ball for the money.

One of the hardest balls I've ever played. It's not very good atound the green, but off the tee; Oh,man! I got the distance, and more to it. Me and some friends had a longest drive comp., and I hit the longest, about 340 yards(twice). It's amazing. Any person who shoots in the 80's should be able to control this ball just fine. At this lowe price, I can recommend this ball with pride. Shoot them all!

I found this ball one Sunday while playing by myself at my home course. This is a very long ball. It does not spin very well but it does roll along the fairway. I mis-hit a drive on a 390 par four and still had about 140 left for my approach. This is not as soft as I like but it makes up for feel in distance. Not a bad ball.

These are great balls for the money. I played pro-v's all last year and so far I find that the Warbirds are are just as good for a fraction of the price. They fly straight and long and have a good feel on and around the greens.

This is a terrific ball. Very hard and long off the tee. I have been hitting nikes and top flights when I came across the warbird. Instant change. There is more roll on my drives and also more distance. Would recommend this ball to anyone.

Great ball. Very long off the driver and irons. This ball will really hold a line. The fight is straight with an almost perfect trajectory. It is a firm ball, but not a rock. This is strange, but I like it. I won my first tournament with it. This ball is definitely good for someone with a slice. There is very little bend in any shot. Hit'em good!!
