None I have used my VFT for 5 months now and like the results so far. Balls struck well fly at a great trajectory and roll well after they land. I have gained 20 yards in distance but I believe that is because I changed my swing not my club. Forgiveness seems adequate. I have used a 975D for the last two years and found the VFT to be more forgiving. I am curious about the 975J and wonder if I should give that a rip. I just ordered a VFT 5 wood and hope to review that before winter. Customer Service Callaway is the BEST. PERIOD! They charge a ton for their products but they are responsive if any defects arise. I found a few Lady Precepts on a course that I play, and tried them on holes where I have had driving experience with other balls like Calloway Blue and Taylor Made Prodistance. The Lady left approach shots that were 15-20 yards beyond shorter than the other balls. Short iron approach shots seem to climb less, and seem to fly around the same distance as other balls I have used. (Don't have extensive mid-long iron experience with this ball, as I haven't played them very much - yet) Shots to greens do not back up for me, but release distances were acceptable. I don't have a fast swing speed, so this ball seems well suited for my swing. Customer Service No experience with Precept customer service Similar Products Used: None |
