Picked this up in 2006 at a Play-it-Again sports center for $40 with the Headcover in almost new shape. I used this driver with the 44" Stock True Temper EI-70 Stiff Shaft from 2006-2013 and results were good, but not great as the Average drive in the 310 range with a slight draw but ball flight was WAY too high for me, I swing very fast. I removed the EI-70 and drilled 1.5" into the Bore-Thru and Tip Fitted a 48" Paragon Tour X-Stiff to this 975J and IT HAS WOKEN THIS DRIVER UP LIKE A HIBERNATING BEAR. Trajectory is lower because of the X-Stiff and Distance increased by 20yds! SUPERB Club, Anyone that says one of the 400+cc Monsters feels like this is LYING. I will not buy another Driver until Titleist makes something to Rival the 975J. High Point Mobile Auto Repair

forgiving and long for 7-9, PW, GW, SW, very nice set of game improving irons. I have two sets with different length/lie and flex, both worked well in different stage of learning(new sets with steel might be around $50-70), it helped me from a beginner to an addict breaking 90 twice in the first year. garage service San Marcos

Model Reviewed: PING Frontier

A great alternative to a full-size staff bag. The design is a model of beautiful simplicity: -Club dividers are compartmentalized to prevent shafts from banging together. Also includes a separate putter well which is smartly positioned on the "driver's" side of the cart. If you're like me, you prefer to drive. -Large pockets are flush to sides of bag with a huge fold-down pouch in front. -Lots of smaller pockets in the front of the bag, with two very well-placed handles near the collar. They're designed for easy on-off access for a power cart, but work well for moving and positioning the bag in your house and car. -Nice touch: an external velcro strap on which you can secure your glove to dry. I got mine in blue/black (which looks sharp if you have PING G2 irons, G2i putter and/or Si3 driver) and had it monogrammed (who'll steal it now?). The bottom line: if you prefer a stream-lined design with no tumour-like bulges(like those on the new Taylor Made bags) and either ride or use a pull cart, then I can't recommend this bag enough.

Customer Service

I ordered the bag through my local PING factory and they arranged for the monogramming. Arrived quicker than promised.
