I have been using this bag for 3 years and no problems. everything is holding up and for a couple months I was golfing 18 holes 5 days a week. I have put it on a cart, strolled throught the bush, put it in the back of my vehicle and traveled half way around the country. I am not a gentle user of the bag by any means. I have had some fraying of one of the straps but does not affect the bag. All zippers still work, ball and tee caddies are great and the legs retract fine. The only time I have any problem with this bag is when I have attached an umbrella. It seems to get in the way of the legs. Customer Service Haven't used Similar Products Used: Generic bag |

Agree with the first two reviewers regarding the poor quality of the Ogio Shock stand bags. Handle on first bag broke rendering it unuseable. Ogio replaced that bag with a updated model, but that is ripping apart and the seams after 1.5 years of use and it will soon have to be discarded. Customer Service Customer service was good as Ogio agreed to replace the first bag. Will doubt if they do anything about the second but I will check with them. OGIO
I have just retired my 3rd ORGIO bag in as many years. Should have learned after the second. The mehcanism that holds the legs into the bag broke on each bag. They are the sharpest out there but of the poorest quality. Customer Service CS acknowledge the poor construction but would only offer a discount on another purchase. |

Poor quality stand design, it broke after about 15 games. The bag was not abused, the rest of it is in good shape, but the design of the stand was poor from the start. The sholder straps are comfortable, the bag was light, but if a stand bag can't stand it is kind of useless. The original design was poor, I have noticed that just about all newer bags have more robust stand hinges then this model. Customer Service Customer service was as useless as the stand itself. The local Golftown (hats off to them for trying) asked the Ogio if they could repair it. They simply responded that it was off warranty and there was nothing they could (would) do.
