Overall a very good bag. A few years back I decided to shift from a cart bag to a staff bag and went with this one for two reasons: (1) The harness and (2) I play Mizuno Irons.

World Staff Stand Bag 2004
The new 2004 world staff stand bag is a great looking bag that functions really well. Everyone comments how good the graphics are on my Royal Blue and Black bag. Large enough to carry all your golfing items and sleek enough to carry on your back. The Swival Max carry system is the best dual strap system around and can covert to one strap. The putter/wedge pits are great for easy access, as are the tee holders and velcro glove holder on the side of the bag. I thought about purchasing the older version of the bag but the graphics and the reviews on this site caused me not to. Mizuno seems to have fixed everything that was wrong with the older version of this bag. On sale at TGW and Ebay for less than $90. The only problem I see is that material on carry side is showing signs of wear and tear too soon. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Ogio, Datrek, Physics stand bags. |

Horrible bog other than drop dead good looks. I bought it as I love Mizuno woods and irons as well as gloves. It is too heavy for a walking bag and does not sit well on a cart. The small pocket at the top where you would put watches etc, is blocked by the cart strap which basically leaves the bottom two compartments. The side pockets are ugly when filled with stuff and there is no felt lined pocket at all. The compartments for the clubs are not well planned as the clubs seem to get srunched up - there is no seperation. I have a Odyssey 2ball putter and it takes up almost three compartments because of the design. Not enough dividers and the one's that are there are flimsy. There are far better bags out there for the price - do not be fooed by the looks. Customer Service great customer service. Similar Products Used: Ping Hoofer |

World Staff Stand
I'll start off by stating that I'm a diehard Mizuno fan, and have always had at least one Mizuno product in my bag for the last 10 years. I've had this bag for just over a year, and the quality of the World Staff Stand bag leaves much to be desired. First off, I'll admit that this bag is perhaps one of, if not THE, best-looking stand bag ever made. And I'll be honest, that one of the main reasons I bought it. Plus, being familiar with Mizuno's products, I assumed that the quality of this bag would live up what I've come to expect from Mizuno. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and the bag started to fall apart only weeks after I purchased it. The first thing to go was the rubber stoppers on the legs. After a few weeks, they both fell out and disappeared. Hey, stuff happens -- not a big deal. Additionally, the legs turned out to be pretty flimsy, and got bent quickly from being taken in and out of the trunk of my car. Second, and it seems that this is a common complaint, my clubs always bunched up at the bottom. But, as a result, when the bag was around 4 months old, the lining finally gave way and ripped right out of the bottom of the bag. I ended up taking a pair of scissors to it, and trimmmed the lining from the top divider. So now I have a bent-legged bag with no lining that won't stand up on smooth surfaces. Third, and probably the most inexcusable, the main strap just split between the pad and the top of the bag -- totally unrepairable. This was right about at when the bag was a year old. Not tore, mind you, but just split. As I write this, I have a Ping Hoofer 3 waiting for me at the pro shop, and I can't wait to leave the office to pick it up. And while I remain a diehard Mizuno fan, I can't in conscience recommend this bag -- in fact, I recommend that, unless you get a great deal on it (I wouldn't pay more than $75 for it) and don't plan on using it a lot, you should stay away from it. Too bad, 'cause it really looks great... Customer Service While I'm not happy with the bag, Mizuno's customer service remains excellent, as usual. They did offer to repair the bag's defects for free, though I'd be without a bag for 4-6 weeks. Similar Products Used: Belding, Ogio, Callaway |

Mizuno World Model Stand Bag
Well I can't believe the other reviews of this bag. I think it's badly designed and of sub-standard quality. The shafts of my clubs always get twisted together (even though I'm carrying only 13 and pockets are empty), the poppers on the cover and broken and the piping on the pockets has split. On top of that the adjustment on the straps always comes loose so that the bag hangs too low, it's hard to get your arms into the straps and the legs often stick. Which I'd bought an ogio. It does look nice but what is more important |

Just a follow-up of my review I posted, well, almost 2 yrs ago. I've found a solution for the problem that the legs get caught by the side pockets when closing. I simply bent them! Now they close all the way and I can't be any happier. Warning!!! Bend them gently and don't send me the bill if you break them! |

bought this bag about 18months ago in purple.Very limited in Britain as you could only buy it with a set of mizuno clubs.I purchased someones that didn't take up his option{although this may have changed since}.great bag, loads of space.Only came with a dual strap, but it is very comfortable. Also gets noticed a lot,can you say that about any other bag out there. One complaint though, the legs don't always retract fullyHighly recommended though. Mizuno Staff Stand
This is a great stand bag. Plenty of room, lots of storage, light weight, looks GREAT!!! Doesn't stand up on it's own without the stands, but after all, it is a stand bag. Very functional, a must have. It matches my new set of MX-15's and T-Zoid forged driver and 3 wood very well. Much better bag that my previous Sun Mountain stand bag and better value too. This is an excellent bag. It weighs a bit more than some other "lightweights", but it is more functional with plenty of storage and a great dual strap as well as a single strap for short jaunts from green to next tee! Nice color schemes available as well as accessories if you so desire (headcovers, towel, umbrella). Nice bag because it is strudy enough for cart and light enough for carry with all the "goodies" included. Stand works very well. Only thing missing from this exceptional bag seems to be a towel loop or holder? Great rain cover and plenty of space. Most importantly, the bag looks great and is built very sturdy. This will outlast anything! Love it. Customer Service Used for other purposes and were exceptional. Similar Products Used: Sun Mountain 3.5 |
