Comfortable bag and easy to carry. Dual strap system is the best and most comfortable (even with 14 clubs in the bag).

Customer Service

Horrible ! Absolutely horrible. Customer service does NOT exist at Izzo. The legs on my bag are now wobbly and they could not suggest a solution or even offer to help me in any manner. They should call their customer service department - "Customer Disgust".

Great bag, lots of compartments, nice clean looks and graphics. Dual straps are great for carry, very balanced, easy on and off. I had a problem with a reinforcing rod, the plastic plug at the base of the bag fell out and so did the rod. I didn't notice until I set the bag down and it collapsed! (Be sure to read my customer service comments) A friend suggested a trip to Home Depot for a fix. I used a hex bolt and apiece of doweling for a nice fix! Everything else is holding up fine.

Customer Service

In one word "SUCKS". After going to their web page and sending three Emails, and receiving confirmations, I never received a response. I called and spoke with a rep, after I explained the problem, I was told that they did not work with the company that supplied those parts due to poor quality! Because I did not have my receipt, I was told they could not help me. I asked to be contacted by a supervisor and never received a response. Even though I like my bag, I would hesitate to by another IZZO product.

I have played with the Izzo Delight all summer and carried most of the time. This bag is easy to carry and handy. The stand has worked well. The bag seems durable enough so far as I carried it on my truck all year. I like the detachable pocket for shoes and stuff. It also mounts easily on a cart if need be. I am very happy with balance of double straps. The only drawback is 14 clubs is a little tight inside. The clubs get hard to pull out and it's hard on grips. I am genarally very happy with this bag. Looked all over and found at Value City for 80 bucks

This really is the best carry bag i've had. During the school breaks i usually play 36 holes 4 days a week and with my old bag i came of the course so tired. But with the dual straps on this bag it makes it so easy to do 36. It is so easy to balance the straps so the the wieght is evenly dispersed across your back. the clubs do sometimes get caught when you try and get them in and out but i haven't yet met a carry bag without this problem. the large pocket can easily fit in all of my gear on wet days and there are also pockets to put your valubles in that are hard for them to fall out of.
overall i think this is a really great bag and it has made life on the golf course easier but it was still a big chunk of change to spend on a golf bag.

I bought this bag second hand for £30 ($45) and is was easily the best money I have ever spent. Although the bag was second hand it has had no blemishes what so ever. Extremely comfortable to carry. I play between three to six rounds a week and this bag has never let me down and I wonder whether it ever will.
DELIGHTFUL!!!

Overall, the bag is very good. Light and comfortable. Clubs are sometimes difficult to get in and out if they get tangled in but this is a common problem with all bags. Other then that, I see no other faults.
