I'm still somewhat of a beginner, and bought a set of Cougar Tour Cat Pro's that came with a stand bag. So far, so good. The bag is very durable and fairly comfortable to carry (I've taken it on the course about 8 times, and to the range about a dozen). Only complaint is that one of the supporting straps has come loose while walking the course a few times, and I had to stop and re-thread the nylon chord through its' hoop. While the bag has not failed me yet, I just ordered a Calloway Warbird XTT stand bag, so I'll prob keep the Cougar as a spare on days when the weather might be foul.

Customer Service

never had to call cust. service in relation to the performance of the bag, but my set included a Cougar hybrid that broke. I called cust service, and they replaced, but it took forever, and they are horrible at getting back to you.
