The bag is awesome, I'll never use another style of cart bag again. This bag has 14 full length dividers to keep your clubs separate, grips fresh, and the divider openings have clips to keep your clubs from moving around and prevent bag clatter. Obviously, the most significant innovation about the bag is the internal core rotates so you can reach all your clubs with ease when it's on the cart, and I can tell you this is a great feature that separates this bag from the competitors. It also has 2 putter wells on the front of the bag for easy access. Great bag with a lot of innovation.

Customer Service

Customer Service is outstanding. A zipper on the detachable cooler went out after about 7 months of use. I'm pretty hard on my equipment, so it's no surprise things start falling apart by this time and I would usually buy something else. However, I really liked this bag so I emailed their CS on the off chance they would be able to do anything for me. I didn't expect much, as I didn't keep the receipt. They sent me another cooler attachment at no charge anyway. Great guys.
